Scammers
Scammers!! Very expensive service, they have written that the price is starting at 49 euros. When they came I was told it is around 800 euros. At the end it was without VAT so the final price was 1450 euros for 10 min fix.
AVOID them!

SCAMMERS! Please do not call them out for any emergency services in the future. They are very kind liars.
I had to call them out for emergency plumbing issue. I have to say they talk a lot, try to become friendly, so they are not suspicious when it comes to payment.
The issue we had was not solved, the job was not done and i had to pay nearly 1700 euros (incl VAT), which was not refunded by the insurance company. I did not have a choice. They used me, they lied to me and ripped me off.
This review is for your help NOT to go through the same loss as i did. Shame on them.
They are running under Totaal Techniek Nederland, but the company you transfer is called: Halder Installatie b.v.
Same experience as everyone else here. I contacted Van Dorp Elektriciens and they sent this company, but it wouldn't surprise me if they were all the same guys. When I later complained they said they were just the platform and couldn't do anything. This company hides behind this name but also goes by Halder Installatie, which has a shit website and a really fake phone number (000123456789 or 123000678956 - of course people won't find this website so they will not see this). Clearly they are letting the reviews go to totaal techniek nederland while they go unbothered. They also have the list of inflated prices (the ones from the invoices) in the website; I recommend looking at it: halderinstallatie . nl to see how they don't even try to hide how fraudulent this company is. They say they strive for transparency and yet hide behind the name totaal techniek nederland so people cannot find the prices beforehand; and hide behind platforms which also do not show the prices.
It's clearly super scammy. As I was in a rush I didn't do any research, which I regret. It's a shame so many people, including me, feel like they must pay at the end because the new price is only shown after the work is done. Next time I will call the police immediately.
I have contacted the police, the consuwijzer, the fraude help desk and my credit card company. I recommend everyone to contact the police and provide the name of this company to build a pattern they can use; and also contacting the consuwijzer and fraude help desk. If anything comes out of it, I will edit the review so everyone can try the same.

Totaal Techniek Nederland is a scam. they charged me €1000 fraudulently for a vague "diagnostic report" and 2 minutes of work with no description of services. No transparency, minimal communication, and suspiciously high costs. Avoid this company
Absolutely terrible experience. They charged me €1200 for an issue that didn’t exist. Totally unprofessional and careless. I wouldn't trust them to change a lightbulb, let alone handle electrical work. Avoid at all costs.
They even provide giving reports for VvE just to inflate the bill. Completely untrustworthy. Avoid them at all costs.
I'm new in the country and I was absolutely scammed. I contacted Elektricien Van Dijk to book an appointment with an expert to repair a switch. They sent someone from Totaal Techniek Nederland.
A technician was sent to my home for what was the repair of one switch, and without informing me in advance of the costs, proceeded to perform all yhe activities he considered necessary. Only after completing the work did he present the costs (1700 euros), then he convinced me to accept also the costs of a report by assuring me that it would be fully covered by basic home insurance (which I have). This assurance was the only reason I accepted the report, which I later discovered was charged at an outrageous amount of 522 euros.
Upon submitting this report to multiple insurance providers, I was informed that none of them would accept it or reimburse the cost. Every one of them confirmed that such a report is not covered under any basic insurance policy, directly contradicting what your technician claimed. I feel completely misled and deceived.
Then I see all the reviews in this website and I know now I'm not the only one. This is unacceptable and everyone should file a complaint to ConsuWijzer.
I request a free quotation via Elektricien VAN DIJK website. A technician from `totaal techniek nederland` came for a visit (didn't do anything) and asked me to pay Euro 285.00, I called the telephone operator who called me to arrange this appointment. He said that this how they work. And both the technician and operator confirmed, I can get a refund except the transportation cost. This is a lie.
Don't use `Elektricien VAN DIJK` or ` Total technology` for any work.
I heard a buzzing noise coming from my meter cupboard and called Electrician Van Dijk to address the problem. I was quoted €39 for an electrician to come to my house the following morning between 9am and 12pm.
The following morning two electricians arrived at 11:30am.
The invoice I initially received from the two engineers (within 30 minutes of their arrival before 11:50am) totalled €765.60.
Quite a difference from the €39 I was expecting, with some wild additional charges for the services rendered. This invoice included:
The call-out charge of €39 (as expected).
A starting rate of €196.90, which was not previously mentioned. However, I saw that these costs also included 30 minutes of work and a diagnosis.
On top of these costs, there was an item for Measurement + component (in this case replacing a wire in one of the existing fuses) for €159.50
Adjustment of meter box for €165
Travel time for €39
Additional work of 10 minutes for €39.
Given the time it took and the fact that this was all done within 30 minutes, the last two items were removed, but the two electricians demanded that I pay for the remaining line-items.
I made an objection regarding the costs for the adjustment of the meter box (as there was no adjustment) and the Measurement + component, as that involved a test of the fuses, which is actually part of the diagnosis. The company's response was immediately defensive and they demanded that all proper procedure had been followed.
In short, the charges incurred were completely disproportionate to the service I received. There was no prior warning of the additional cost or cost structure, the attempt to charge for additional time when that time had not been spent indicates that these guys are completely dishonest and will try to scam you.
