Sadly I must join the growing list of negative reviews. I have been a happy and long term user of the product of which I am a fan. Unfortunately they have failed to deliver my February order and equally failed to make a refund. I have been fobbed off with one excuse after another. Sadly I recommend avoiding this company, if it still exists!
Liars and cheats
I ordered and paid for my product on the 30th November 2024. To date I have not received the product or a refund. I have been fobbed off and lied to in several emails. They have no intention of refunding me and I will not be using this company again despite having used them for about the last 5 years.
Have they gone into liquidation ?

they owe my 7 months worth of subscription that is now worth over £200, they will not reply to my emails, you cannot call them and there is no obvious way to cancel the subscription

Ordered from the Tonik Skincare website. The order has not been dispatched nearly two weeks later and customer services won’t respond to let me know if my order is coming or not.
I would highly recommend NOT ordering directly from the website.
Diabolical company
What ever is going on with this company? They’ve gone from hero to zero for me! The delivery took ages on my vitamin C order recently and I have stupidly placed another order which I have not even received and the email replies are non existent! My last email I’ve requested a refund and guess what…No reply! I absolutely love the new vitamin c formula but I will never use this company again! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK

Goods ordered mid Hanuary and still no delivery emailed 4 times. Customer services came back with reassurances but no product delivered. DO NOT ORDER unless you want to pay and receive nothing!

DO NOT ORDER from this company: I ordered for two products in September 2024. Since then, I have been lied to by customer service at least six times: my products have either been guaranteed to arrive in next 8 days (3 or 4 times), or there has been a problem with delivery from Italy, or they have been lost. I run out of patience after over four months of waiting and of lies, so asked for a refund three weeks ago. Needless to say I have not heard back. I am about to take legal action, but would warn anyone to order from Tonik Skincare at all costs. Crooks and liars. I did believe customer care the first four times, they write very clever, apologetic emails. Do not fall into the same trap. Wish I could give zero star, unfortunately not possible.
Products not received
I have been using Tonik Skincare products for several years and love them but am so frustrated and incensed by my recent treatment. I would urge others not to use this company unless you want to throw your money away.
I placed an order in September 2024 and am STILL waiting for it to arrive. I have been fobbed off so many times by Billy Vines that I now don’t believe anything this company says. Apparently my order has been lost in transit at least twice -indeed a whole shipment was allegedly lost by FedEx last year- and supposedly should have received my products last week. I am no longer surprised that I am still waiting.
While this is ongoing I am receiving emails from Helen Richard’s offering me free products and discounts if I place an order, it is disgraceful.
This company may well be unable to cope with the supply and demand but they are dishonest and disingenuous. Ultimately, I have lost £100 and will be pursuing this further.
Total lack of communication
I have been ordering products from this company for over a year and love the products. If I have ever had a problem Billy has always replied very quickly to resolve.
Sadly I write this review as I placed an order on 19 January and it is just saying ‘we’ve received your order’
I’ve messaged various times with no response and a friend has contacted Tonik via Facebook (as I am not on Facebook) and they did reply to advise to DM them, which he did but still no reply.
This is such a shame as I love the products but they are not cheap and I cannot afford to loose money. If it is a stock issue… just keep your customers updated instead of no communication at all and don’t charge the customer until the items have been dispatched.
Due to a total lack of communication I have no other alternative but to ask PayPal to resolve this issue for me… very disappointing

I have experienced the same issues as many of the other reviewers. I placed an order over 7 weeks ago and still not received it. I too have had the same empty excuses from the customer support team who reply to my emails each time assuring me that my order will be dispatched within 24 hours/before the end of the week/in the next few days. Each week the same, no sign of my order. After weeks of endless chasing I have got fed up of being fobbed off and raised a dispute via my bank. The NatWest have now refunded me the money and I will leave it to them to pursue this with Tonik on my behalf. To others in the same boat I’d advise you to do the same. To anyone considering buying from this company, I’d urge you to read the reviews first and think twice
**Update: almost 2 months after leaving this review and receiving a reply, I still haven’t received this item. I had given up on it long ago, but wanted to share this update in case anyone sees the replies and mistakenly gets the impression that this company is actively resolving complaints like this, it is not!!! **

Still waiting for order placed 3rd November. Wish id seen reviews sooner wouldn’t have ordered. I’ve had the same useless emails as it seems many others have. I have asked for a refund but not much chance of that by the sounds of it

No communication regarding order not received
I’m writing this review as a (hopefully) last resort.
I have a subscription to Tonik for two products. I was charged £79.94 for my most recent order on 23rd October. I never received the order, nor an email to say it had been dispatched, and received no reply to my first four emails to request an update.
I then reached out to Billy Vine and received a reply on 13th November apologising and saying there had been a stock issue and I would get my order or a refund. Since then….no communication. I have message twice more since then and have received no further communication. I have a record of all my emails. Throughout this process I have been continuing to be bombarded with advertising emails offering me deals on various items. This is so disingenuous when the company cannot even provide me with the order I have paid for.
I’m now considering my legal recourse to retrieving my money.
Such a shame as I actually like the products.

It has now been 3 months since I returned goods to Italy. Long story short no one to collect goods in Italy so sent back to me which I still have not received. Billy Vines promised me a refund if i took my review down so still no refund from them. I have now received my refund from mastercard so its in their hands now. Terrible, terrible customer service!!!!
