I love that thrive market really cares and helps you make better choices for food for you and your family. I was skeptical at first but it has become one of the best decisions for me and my family. They are caring and will do anything to help you.

i would give 0 stars if i could

i would give 0 stars if i could.

ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS process to cancel my membership. To the point where this is just so difficult and deceptive that i had to come write this review. Not only was it impossible to figure out how to cancel, under the FAQs, they basically hid the help section to cancel it. And they then make you chat with a bot, who i kid you not, had to ask to cancel NINE TIMES.

If i could upload screenshots of my chat message i just had, i would. Just wrong and corrupt. These companies are the problem...

I will never subscribe or use this service again and i advise you to not either if a company takes that approach with its customers.

Not impressed at all!!

Received my first order with chips packed UNDER cans so they were completely smashed. They offered me $5 thrive cash instead of replacing or refunding the amount paid. So I lost money on that! The chatbot just kept repeating itself so no resolution to be had. Second off when I placed my first order, I learned they try to make everything be auto ship, you have to manually go in and turn that off.

Evil company

Evil company: worse than Amazon with deceptive practices by a mile! I ordered from them and the signed me up for recurring orders without my consent. Then I cancelled this and made sure no further charges incurred, only to be charged $60 for an annual membership I did not sign up for. Deeply evil company, I hope they go out of business. -update: their reply is so ridiculous…don’t auto charge new customers, don’t use predatory practices, don’t lie and deceive people, don’t hide fees. They already know that. Their PR reply is bogus.

Wonderful return policy and customer service

I bought a product that I wasn't pleased with but time got away from me so I missed the return window. I contacted customer service and within minutes had a code for the amount of the product I wasn't pleased with. I'm really happy because now I can order something that will hopefully work better.
