The Empire Publishers helped me publish a niche business book, and I couldn't be more pleased. Their editors understood exactly what I needed and guided me with care. The entire process was professional, efficient, and encouraging. Highly recommend them for non-fiction authors looking for a reliable publishing partner.

Complete incompetence (or fraudulent) in every phase of the publishing process except the editor. Here is the list:

1. Never coordinated with Ingram to allow the book to be ordered by bookstores or libraries
2. Promised to publish an arabic translated version of the book. They used AI and all my Saudi reviewers said there were numerous errors on every page. I had to pay a professor to professionally translate. The new translation was NEVER PUBLISHED as they promised
3. They have provided me with no means to purchase the book with an author discount which my previous publishers did
4. They were never able to get the book published on Amazon.com.sa (Saudi Arabia as the book is about Saudi Arabia)
5. The editor was very good. She was the only positive
