I orderede 3 knives, was then told afterwards that one of them was out of stock. I asked to be able to buy it again once it was back in stock with free shipping, since i already paid the shipping once. To which i got a mail saying it was a deal and to just tell them when i wanted to buy it again. A few months later i hit them up and they refuse to give me the free shipping they promised, even though i have the mail saying they accepted it in the first place. Wouln't recommend.

I ordered a cold steel srk . Everything went well. Prices and availability are very good to this store. I paid with my credit card and the parcel came to Greece in 10 days.

So far, nothing to say negative about the service of this Company.
They have answered my emails, my questions. They present a very pleasant online site and a great offer of products.
However, for now, my biggest dislike (until now exposed), has to do with the use of the transport and mail operator - Mondial Relay.
It must be for some price reason that they use this service, I guess. Mondial Relay has a terrible, ineffective order tracking system and does not even respond to contacts and email addresses.
I look forward to receiving my order and hope I am not a victim of the situations already reported about that transport and mail operator - Mondial Relay. By the way, does anyone know who is the operator / transport intermediary for this company in Portugal? Still looking ...
In Portugal, Mondial Relay does not exist.
I will do a new and complete evaluation, "when" my order is delivered to me. Then, I will be able to evaluate this Company in more detail, without being influenced (negatively) by the concept that I have of above mentioned Mondial Relay.

While is was in e-mail contact with them for buying a specific knife on thebestknive.fr AnD have the TVA deducties; they raised the price with 35 euro’s . in the middle of the proces; Just before i wanted to pay.

After few used the knife was broken, I called Didier Viton (didier.viton-at-laposte.net) and his answer was I don't guaranty my knifes !!

This guy is a charlatan.

I came to thebestknives to purchase a Christmas present, I was a bit worried about the shipping since I know some postal services are not too pleased about handling parcels, containing items that can be considered dangerous or sharp.

I wrote to the website before doing anything, I got a very fast and nice reply, so I ordered and there was absolutely no problems with the shipping. Everything went so fine!

It was a very good experience and I will gladly purchase other items at this place. I have no complaints at all!

Attention cheater. He takes the money but does not ship any goods. Also no shipment number as proof.
My money was not returned!

Do not buy from thebestknives.eu run by Didier Viton. They send faulty goods and will not honour their word of full refunds.
Customer service is terrible and accuse you of damaging the item to get out of refunds.
I had to start legal advice to get even a partial refund.
AVOID, buy elsewhere.
