Okay first off I made a purchase on September/29/2025 and it was supposed to be here within five days and here it is over two weeks ago and I still haven’t received my product I’ve reached out to the company on multiple occasions and they reply but again I still haven’t received not received y product I’m just trying to figure out what the purpose is to not only purchase the product but pay for insurance and also paid to receive my package within the five day frame as well and all the company will say is they had the address wrong how?? And either way I’ve sent my correct address why not make it right I just believe in keeping my word when I’m doing any kind of business deals and so should this company there’s no point in having all the extra if it really doesn’t pay to get it

They gave me my refund best I can say, I respect that! Didn't get the herb to many scam reviews!

Order like 6 times from THCAsmallbuds.com never had an issue ordering the ounces. Received an order today that was obviously OLD product. It was Brown Brown Brown. Entire order of flower that was old, Brown and smelled like Hay. Not sure what's going on over there but the product they r selling lately is old. Brown and borderline moldy. I will be switching to LIT Farms now. Seeing how TSB advertises "Fresh" batches yet they send you trash that is brown and looks like shit.

I waited 2 weeks!!! And when I finally recieve the bud I ordered it was old with no smell at all...im so pissed 😤 will never order from them again I have a quarter pound of bullshit btw ofc they dont reply back to emails complaining about their quality they should have their whole thing shutdown honestly

How you changing location's and did not give none of your loyal customers a heads up like you can still place a order but it's gonna take lil longer than usual so the customer would have a choice u know some of us don't smoke for recreation it's meds for pain and other discomforts and we are in the void of the inconvenience period just feel people should have been given a choice that's all these other customers are pissed off over no warning !!!!!

So after waiting the 1-2 days for shipping info, they never sent it. When I actually did get in contact they gave an excuse they they were robbed. What kind of legitimate business "gets robbed" ive asked for money back several times. But what do you know they ignore those emails. They have basically replied to other emails giving excuses. Im filing with my bank today and also filling a theft by deception. This is illegal. Do not use this bullshit company. Oh and by the way. They take your money immediately and print a label. Which according to their excuse emails they will not cancel your order even though it's just sitting there. I can't review the product bc ibe never gotten so so I assume it's ass as well. Fvck this company

I thought thca small buds had a terrible fulfillment service.I tried them in March ok product very long fulfillment time, tried them again last week not realizing they were in the process of moving and thought for sure I'd get within 5-6 days well no status for 4 days only shipping label created but the 5th day out for delivery and the Ghost train Haze is excellent and fulfillment excellent as well altogether wonderful experience thank you thca small buds you are the best!

As of right now it’s a 1 ordered in the 4th was sent a label the 4th is now the ninth usps doesn’t even have the package so yea some drganja bs honestly the only reason I got from small buds cause shipping so so now I’m going back to my other vendor cause shipping is the same and the response time on customer service is unreal compared to small buds

First ordered from a Labor Day sale but the website would not give the discount customer service said they would give me a discount code but I still have not received it after 7 days also received label printed and tracking information on the 4 th but according to the website and usps.com package still hasn't left not shipped

Ordered from them three times the first two times went wonderful the third time I am still waiting and has been eight days no response from them no refund and my shipment has still not left their facility will never order from them again

So I have ordered several 1/2 Pounds from them, at first good communication and orders arrived, of all my orders 2 did not look as advertised, they went ahead and gave me a discount code for the first order, for the second order, they asked to send pictures, So I did, there has been no response, I also have 1 more order I placed on the 1st of Sept, on the 2nd of Sept received an email saying label was created provided tracking, I paid for 2 day air mail, it is now the 5th and tracking shows package has not been received. There is no other way to communicate with them other then email, and they don’t respond. Just send me my package. I would hate to have to charge back,I was looking to buy another 1/2 Lb today but Maybe I shouldn’t till I get a response, or my order comes in.

This was a good company until just recently. I placed an order and it never came. Stay away

Zero contact information and YOU will NEVER contact them. All contact information deliberately concealed. Grindisoft has determined they are a scam website and I wish I had known that. I have never had a 'customer service' contact, though tried 17 times and never had any sort of reasonable order status. You just sit around and wonder...

Same exact problem as with Mood.com. No order status transmitted to me and the Shopify information is useless. No contact phone number. Messages sent on the site disappear into a yawning void. This entire THCa industry appears to all have chronic problems with customer service. I actually resent being treated like this !

Highly not recommended. Order at your own risk. I am disputing my purchase and reversing the charge.

Edit - They fixed it. They sent me what i paid for at no extra cost. It took a little longer than i preferred but they did make it right. I would shop with them in the future based on their efforts to make it right. Thank you TSB. You will get my business in the future.

This company is utterly unreliable and shady. I ordered a half-pound of indoor smalls and got mostly huge, brown, low-quality buds with less than 2 oz of the product I actually paid for. Communication is a nightmare—they take 2–3 days to respond, and when they do, their replies are as vague and useless as possible.

Packaging is AWESOME!! very secure.
Even with all the ups delays my package still arrived within 3 days.
As a business I appreciate the quality and timeliness. Definitely the pricing.

These bums talking down on thcasmalls are corny, rest assured if you have any issues with your pack and ur being honest, these guys will right any issues you may experience, ive been working with them 3 months and they have went from 10k reviews to 17k reviews, they have absolutely nothing to hide, very transparent, the only thing we want more from them is live videos, images can be slightly misleading (Heavy on the slightly), ive had 15+ orders and everything has been exactly what I paid them for, if you want better spend more, but theres absolutely something for all smokers on this site, alot off crappy reviews come from their competition or people who swear they've had better for cheaper, never any proof off course just complaints, anyways, just check the reviews in thier page, images and personal experiences are posted their, 17k reviews guys, I think thats enough experience for you to make a decision for yourself, not based off some crying 80 year old who has been smoking his whole life supposedly, and yet doesnt know how to shop or find the bud he clealry prefers, how are you 80 and a lifelong smoker but you found your way to thcasmalls? These are planted complaints, if you dont do anything else today, think for yourself at the least 😉

They don’t send you what you ordered and they short you on the product and then tell you that it’s nothing they can do they are thieves and they have done it to many people I was robbed and I don’t trust them and never will again
