The products are genuinely life changing. I have more independence with FreshWipes than I’ve had for quite some time. In addition, customer service is stellar! Anytime you interact with someone from the company, you’re guaranteed a friendly, kind, warm and caring response. Is 6 stars an option?? ⭐️

I was really GPS about buying these as to me this seems so expensive. However, I’m buying them on offer with the 20% discount card. I thought I’d give them a go as sometimes there are days when flareups happen and she was just not possible and using so many baby wipes I thought what’s the harm in just giving these cards to try them out

Well I can safely say that you would actually save money in the long run by buying these alpha baby wipes as you will just use one possibly two of these larger wipes instead of half a pack of baby wipes by the time they all rolled up and ripped apart and tried to get enough moisture out with them

Fresh wipes are worth absolutely every penny and the coconut ones are absolutely leave a fresh smell all day until hopefully you’re feeling a little bit stronger the day after and you can get yourself into the shower again.

I’m sorry I doubted you fresh wipes thinking that these were too expensive when really these are an absolute godsend. Thank you so very much.

We bought a starter pack for my wife who has mobility issues and finds even the shower difficult. The products themselves are wonderful and are just what she needs there is a but though!
The packs are quite difficult to open and the towels difficult to remove particularly if impaired dexterity. I appreciate the necessity to keep the contents moist but this is a definite disadvantage.

The wipes themselves are OK, but this means nothing when customer service is so poor. I paid for next day delivery due to being discharged from hospital after surgery with instructions that I was not allowed to shower for several weeks. Unfortunately the order was sent Royal Mail tracked 48 (their standard free shipping method). Clearly messed up and selected the wrong shipping method for my order, but I was told the delay was "out of their control". Not sure who else selects the shipping method?! I don't think you can blame Royal Mail when you choose the wrong shipping method. The fee I paid for next day delivery was refunded, however I was told this was "goodwill". Perhaps some training is needed to understand what goodwill means because a refund for services not provided is not goodwill, that is an obligation because you didn't provide the service paid for! Goodwill would have been compensating to some degree the extra expense I faced having to purchase more wipes elsewhere to arrive next day when yours didn't. This wouldn't have been an obligation and not expected, but this would have been "goodwill". The fact you refused any goodwill compensation is not what makes me angry, it's the insistence that a refund for services not provided that you would have been obligated to make is somehow "goodwill", and the insistence that the mistake was out of your control. In future just accept when a mistake has happened and simply apologise, and for goodness sake don't call a required refund "goodwill" because that is just an insult. This ridiculous encounter put me right off using fresh wipes anymore.

I got the starter pack absolutely brilliant product feel fresh after use definitely recommend I'm delighted.

My husband uses these. He is a long distance lorry driver. It’s not always easy to get a shower. These are absolutely ideal for him leaving him feeling refreshed. A brilliant idea.

As a disabled person I can’t thank freshwipes enough they are so handy and versatile whether at home or in my caravan. And now the dog Bella is in on the act she rolls over and it’s like she’s at a spa so relaxed enjoying the wipe down. Thankyou so much from Karen and the daft dog Bella

Minor hiccup but totally amazing customer service today, soon rectified. I have ordered these before from another supplier but this time purchased direct from manufacturer. Smell great and favourable size. Handy for overnighters as a freshen up or hospital stays. Like I said minor issue was dealt with promptly and I'm a very satisfied customer. No hesitation to recommend the products/company and they are bringing out new scents and sizes. Lets review the 'moistness' levels but I'm sure they'll live up to their expectations - as before. Thank you! First class!

I used fresh wipes for the first time whilst in hospital following an operation. I found them to be extremely efficient in cleaning when I could not shower.
I must say in this extremely hot weather I put a pack in the fridge and they were wonderful to cool down.

I have used the body wipes, hair wash and pet wipes.
The body wipes are wonderful. The new Ocean scent is my favourite. I feel clean on those days I can’t shower.
The hair wash is much better than expected. It truly wash your hair. Frankly I was expecting some sort of dry shampoo but they are wet and the cap size lets you scrub and wash properly.
The pet wipes I use on my long hair dogs face after eating. His paws after a walk and his privates.
All in all they are a great product that has made life easier on many levels.

I order yhe box with everything in ive tried everything in box very pleased with everything im on oxygen and cant shower every day these products are brilliant for me to stay fresh and clean

We use fresh wipes whilst away in our camper van they are so much better than normal wipes, they are larger & stronger than any we have used & smell good, looking forward to trying the body cleansing foam

The Smell off the wipes is horrible Especially the coconut ones are the Worst and the unscented are not much better Left with 4 parkets off wipes no good None of my friends won't tham also say very I'm pleasant smell

Lifesavers. I took these to the World Scout Jamboree in South Korea where it was scorching and humid. If I didn’t have these I dread to know how I would have coped. They got rid of the sweat (though more soon followed), sand and all other grime. It was the only way I could feel clean enough to sleep. Would 100% recommend these

These were a big disappointment to say the least. They are advertised as being extra wet , it would be impossible to even describe them as being wet they are more like extra damp and that is being generous. I am now stuck with 5 packs that were bought in great anticipation. Delivery was really quick they are a great size but with the extra wet missing.

Cannot recommend these products and company enough! Great quality and a brilliant business in regards to communication too!

Excellent product & customer service. Dad (sadly) became less mobile & found using the shower physically difficult so the wipes were ideal. We chose the Coconut fragrance, because it reminded us of holidays. Lovely quality wipes. A lifetime 'flannel man', Dad became a convert to FreshWipes for his body - & baby wipes for his face quickly. Sadly, Dad passed away recently, before trying the Shampoo caps, but I will be donating to our wonderful St Wilfrids Hospice. Thank you for such a fab product. 5 star & definitely recommend.

I usually buy the large wipes but decided to try the mini ones. Wow they are just the right size for me. Have slight incontinence and use these to keep myself feeling fresh. Handy size. Thanks
