I am a new Pilates student, and have been going to Swan Pilates for a few months. I have really been enjoying my time, and all of the instructors. This is a fantastic place, and my body feels amazing.

The instructors are top notch, I get personal attention and a great work out each time. Every time is new and different. As someone who doesn't like to exercise, I finally found a place that I'm happy to go to, and the experience is always great.

Swan Pilates is a game changer
I am 78 and had a stroke 2 yrs ago and was diagnosed with Parkinson’s recently. Swan has helped me rehab a great deal and besides it is FUN.
The instructors are uniformly great.
I first used the studio to increase my flexibility and general well-being. It has become a useful and effective habit.

Swan Pilates is great. The studio and staff have worked diligently through the pandemic to offer in studio sessions as well as virtual sessions. Susan and her staff have been very adaptable and resourceful. The studio is clean and they have new equipment which is great. The entire staff is friendly and courteous. Everyone pays close attention to how you are feeling and adjust the classes to focus on your particular needs for the day. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Susan is a wonderful instructor; she takes the time to evaluate what you need, and delivers with enthusiasm, true caring and thorough understanding of her craft. I highly recommend Swan Pilates. Dave Perry

The Swan pilates workout is excellent. It combines strength and flexibility training in a really enjoyable setting. The teachers and equipment are top-notch, and limiting class size to four students enables each student to get enough individual coaching to maximize their workout. Highly recommend!

I have taken classes from beginner for at least 4 years. They have excellent teachers and a state of the art facility. I can’t say enough about them!

Have been dealing with Swan PILATES for several yrs now off & on. The interruption is mostly due to spending half the yr here in Oro Valley & at our ranch the rest of the year in South Dakota. I’ve found the service & knowledge of all the instructors at a high level of competence & concern. There’s always a friendly atmosphere & the results for my physical condition most rewarding. I heartily recommend this studio to anyone considering starting PILATES as well as the more experienced people.

I love Swan Pilates! This studio is super handy, has new equipment, small classes with a good student:teacher ratio, and is clean. I have been coming here for more than 10 years because the classes are consistent high quality with great instructors. (I currently have a love/hate relationship with the new equipment otherwise this would have been 5 stars.)

Swan Pilates is an awesome pilates studio. Everyone of the instructors are very knowledgeable, caring, and gentle. They make sure the health and proper movement of your body is first priority. I highly recommend Swan Pilates.

Every instructor has been thru hundreds of hours of Fletcher Pilates training and its shows! I’ve been going there over three years and still getting new exercises. This old 83 year old body is doing things it would have seemed impossible before coming to Swan Pilates. The owner, Susan, has gathered the best instructors. They are quite a team. I love them all!

I highly recommend Swan Pilates for many different reasons. I’m 62 and have issues but they take things slowly, carefully and the movements are precise. Over a period of time I’ve been able to strengthen my abs and other parts of my body through their program. I would totally trust them. They make you feel special every time you walk in the door. And from time to time there’s a little goodie bags to celebrate a holiday.
