BEWARE - INFO STOLEN
I feel like these review are fake. For starters they are VERY hard to get in touch with and are very difficult to understand. They claim to have very fast response times, but that is an absolute lie. I typically waited 12-24 hours for a response.
Here's the scary part. They had to do a remote login on my computer and I had an appointment I had to go to. I had been dealing with an email hack and they were going to "fix the issue."
When I came back they had opened the Microsoft notepad and had 4 tabs opened with different notes. One of the tabs said Chase 9951 which is my business checking account. It had about 100 pages of codes. Apparently they (or according to them someone else) logged in to my chase thru my saved password on my desktop. Obviously if they would not have left the notepad open I would not have noticed.
Of course they denied this and said they don't even use the notepad which is a complete LIE as they have used it to show me pricing and message me before. I have NEVER used the notepad so it was obviously them.
Even on the 0.00001% chance it was not them someone would have had to hack me in the two hour period they were logged in??? I'm calling BS.
When I confronted them they immediately wanted remote access again to cover their tracks, but I would not let them. They install a proprietary app that they dont tell you about. My new IT company says they use this to log in without your permission. The app is hidden and hard to remove.
Anyway, I have opened a case with the FBI and will be getting to the bottom of it. If it wasn't them I apologize, but I am also not an idiot and literally ALL signs point to them.

They charged me $159;for technical support When I requested a partial refund in my email and told them not to call me back even though I explained in depth my reasons for asking for a partial refund they still emailed me back asking for explanations (which I explained in my email) and stated they would not refund any of my money

Good first experience and then horrific
I had a good first experience and a nightmare started when they followed up and I thought they could just check my pc over. He used the same name the 2nd time and had an Indian accent as well but could have faked the name.
Then He faked that he didn’t manage to fix my computer. Said he returned my money.. and showed screen of my bank account saying /showing he accidentally gave me way too much but don’t call the bank or he’ll get fired.dramatic crying. So I needed to send him money orders. I called the bank anyway and they said it was a scam.
Later he got into my pc at night and used all our credit cards.
It’s a Nightmare over and over. And the nerds are who I need to help keep him out and I can’t trust any of them now. I can’t believe I paid for this. There’s a deposit showing in an account in my bank and I think it’s part of a scam yet to play out.
