Worked with Mike Bautista. He always answered his phone when called. Really good guy. On the delivery end we had a Hydraulic hose burst mid transport. Some hydraulic fluid got on the truck. The customer understood stuff happens as did Mike. Nobody dinged us for it and rather accepted the truck with a clean bill of health. Glad STT has made it to the point our factoring company can use them now. Thanks STT

Took some time to get my load booked…
Took some time to get my load booked and receive my rate con, but load was as described, no surprises. Load pick up and delivery went smoothly. Compamy was not on my factor list, so Ill update again with payment proceedings. The broker I worked with was helpful and available during shipment.

Good company to work with! We worked with Luis L, the communication was fluid, the load was explained with all it's details, quick rensponses to our inquiries, and remained attentive through all the process. About the rate, it was pretty decent and this broker was in green with our factoring.
