I ordered something online from this store on 15 October,paid but some error on there website they say they didn't get paid but i got charged,no solution is given from this webshop, client service is useless also not responding most of the time ,so no money and no order

I ordered an AirPods Pro 3 last week Thursday, expecting to receive it within 1 or 2 days. However, nothing arrived no tracking information, just a single email saying, “Don’t worry, we are working on your order.” After that, silence.
I contacted them two days ago, and they told me to wait until today, but still nothing showed up. Thankfully, I read the bad reviews in time and decided to cancel my order before getting scammed with a fake or fraudulent product.
They claim they will refund my money once they confirm I haven’t received the item. I cancelled today, so now I’m waiting.
Honestly, I would not recommend anyone trust such a poorly managed company. In my opinion, the few positive reviews are probably written by people working with them.
Beware of this store. I haven't received my order or refund. They're scammers.
One day after making the order I got my ps5 and in perfect condition.
They’re absolutely insane!
I bought PS5, revived it, box was open. I turned on PlayStation and it was broken, didin’t work. I send it back immediately and after few days I got information that they revived and I’m gonna get my money back. That didint happen, eventually I called again and they said I’m gonna get my money soon, that it’s been send on Monday. Then I called again on Thursday and they said money is not send yet but they gonna speed the process. Eventually today - Monday 2,5weeks after sending PS5 back I got an email saying that I will not receive my money because PS5 I returned is not working - YES BECAUSE THIS IS WHAT THEY SEND ME. Now they’re trying to blame me for destroying the PS5. That is fraud, scam and they’re literally insane. I’m gonna contact police and inform about the fraud.

I recieved wrong xbox. And client service is not posible to get. Waiting for return label more then 4 days and still nothing.
After 5 phone calls finally got the label.bow waiting for the money back. Wonder how lomg it will take. Tomorrow will call again

Update: on 11.01.2025 they finally decided to be helpful and settle the payment with Riverty, so it makes a whole month, whereas they state to resolve returns no more than 14 after it being delivered to them… also everything is fully understandable, Christmas period etc, but 0, zero! updates to the customer who’s worried they might be charge 600€ for something they returned on time, unopened is unacceptable and I’m not sure if the words “legal action” finally make them work or the fact I reported to Riverty what’s been happening
Truly horrible service when you need to return something.
I ordered something and because I changed my mind, after delivery I decided to return it. Not only I didn’t receive return label right away and only after 5th email I finally got it, afraid I won’t make it till the end of grace period but now I absolutely have no idea when I’ll actually have it resolved. After my first email requesting canceling of the invoice they asked me to send “return proof” ok. I did. Then no response since 25th of December. Contacted them on every channel possible numerous times. I placed order with Riverty and they’re giving me notice that I need to pay outstanding invoice of the item I returned almost a month ago.
I really had no issue up till this moment. Although some things are overpriced but the ability to split payments makes me consider the purchase. Now I don’t want to have anything to do with this store. I just want to have the issue resolved ASAP, as I will not pay €600 for something I returned ON TIME.

What a disgraceful entity. You order something, 8 days later the package is still not delivered. 1 hour and 10 minutes on hold, 2nd in line. After 70 minutes automatically hangs up. Crooks, if not, the most ridiculous company in The Netherlands. Will contact authorities; so far I've been scammed, money have been paid 8 days ago without anything received. You truly suck, there's no excuse for this ridiculous behavior.

Horrible customer service, I returned a package I bought. It showed it was delivered at their warehouse. They haven't giving me a single notice, I had to email them. They said they would contact the warehouse or else handle it on their own. Nothing... for more than a week. No response to my emails, whatsapp or calling. I could handle the waitingt time but the lack of communication is despicable. The company feels like a scam at this point. Shameless
Edit... (23th of January) Somashome replied to my review... but not to any of my emails. They have been looking at my ticket since november 14th. My return package has been delivered and even signed for! Still not paying me back and not responding at all. This feels illegal...
