The key received is not working as promised. When contacting the company to check and they did say the code they sent is not working an d they sent another one over. However considering the bad experience I didn't want it anymore, then I asked for refund, and then it ends up with a long discussion...

When activating Office 2021 Professional Plus (Windows), the instructions said to activate by phone only. I did everything correctly, but after I provided my Installftion ID, I was told the key was invalid.

i have bought a windows 11 license code from this online shop and i got an email which was saying that the license is in the email and if I'm not using it in 24h will not be available anymore... which made me to see that was a scam... i have send them an email to say that I'm not happy and ill wait 24h for the license before to report the scam... they respond with another email where they said: we don have the product till tomorrow morning.... and then i got an email with a license code which was used already so after all the show i got a used licensed code for which i paid. I already made a complain to the Federal Trade Commission and tomorrow ill proceed further with more reports to get down those scammers. I have all the email as a proof.

I trusted this site as they had good scores on trustpilot. Purchased an office package, you will receive a link to an .exe file , which is not from Microsoft... I was stupid enough to trust it and install it. Computer became slow, google gmail didnt login in anymore because it dedected unkown browser extension . Oh and install didn't work , program nevers started .Instantly saved my data, and did a clean windows install. Requested refund , no reply for a week now. I still dont know how they get good scores on truspilot, but on some other website they had really bad ones. PLEASE DONT INSTALL.
