Boots not arrived and tracking not updated

Ordered boots 10 days ago on a Saturday. Got notification to say they'd be delivered Thursday. Nothing! It is now Monday and still no boots. I am currently on the phone and not answered after 25 minutes. Really don't know what to do if they don't answer the phone!

Ordered some allegedly 'in stock' boots through the website. More than one week later still no email confirmation as well as the payment not having been charged to my account. Had called them several times, only to be told the same thing - will be sent out today! Of course, they never had. On the last call, I told them to cancel the order. They said I could only cancel a website order within 60 minutes of placing it. Impossible to do if you don’t get a confirmation and an order number! I have since had the opportunity to visit a store and tried on a pair of the 'slip-in' boots. They were nothing of the sort and needed tying and untying to get on and off. I’m just going to have to return them if and when they arrive under their free returns policy. If they continue to give me the runaround, I’ll have to take it up with my credit card company. I’m never going to order from them again.

They want to you Collect your Order!!

I wish I had read these reviews before I made the mistake of ordering from their website!
Ordered shoes to be delivered to my elderly father. No sign of them after several days. I made contact and they told me they had to be collected!! Given that my father does not drive, this of course is impossible. Appalling customer service.

Shocking service.

I have a few pairs of trainers and find them very comfortable, however, I purchased a pair of saftey boots which felt comfertable when I first started wearing them, after a week they really started to hurt my ankle of the one side.
They are actually too painful to wear.
I took them back to the retailer for some assistance and they simply said, they have been worn so nothing we can do, goodbye.

Shocking from Skechers as I expected a little more assistance for the customer.

I paid over £100 for the boots, didn’t want a refund, just an alternate safety shoe but they wouldn’t entertain helping me at all.

I will not purchase anything again from Skechers.

I bought a pair of skechers safety…

I bought a pair of skechers safety shoes in October last year from shuperb, after only 7mths the sides started splitting on them, I contacted shuperb and they didn't want to know as over 6mths, contacted Skechers and got the the same response, they basically said it had split because of where they creased when I walked. So basically if I don't walk much they will last longer. The quality and durability of these shoes is poor, they are work safety shoes and should last the distance. I've had a lot cheaper shoes still going after years, I only got these for the arch fit as I have plantar fasciitis which they help with but no good if the shoes aren't up to it. They did offer 30% off my next purchase which is pointless, why would I buy another pair that won't last more than 7 mths? Hence I won't be buying this brand of footwear at all now.

Absolutely rubbish customer service

Absolutely rubbish customer service,
I placed an order on Thursday, on Friday I contacted customer service asking them to change my order,
5 days later I've received messages saying your order is shipped,
They even bother to read customers messages on order .

A problem solved

I purchased a pair of slip on trainers from bluewater but unfortunately one felt bigger than the other.
I tried fitting an insole but still one shoe felt loose, so I popped in a week later to see if anything could be done.
The young lady that dealt with me was extremely helpful and professional, and exchanged my trainers for me.
I left the shop feeling completely satisfied and overwhelmed by the young ladies customer care, unfortunately I didn't get her name.

I have been waiting over 2 months for a…

I have been waiting over 2 months for a refund from Skechers for a returned product. I followed every step correctly, used their UPS return label (Tracking: 1ZV83R539190863766), and the package has gone missing. Skechers and UPS have both failed to resolve the issue. No refund. No solution. Just silence. This is unacceptable. I’ve lost all trust in this brand and will never purchase from them again.

No contact and a PayPal investigation!

Wish I’d read the reviews before buying, but with the brand being Skechers, I wasn’t expecting to have to get PayPal involved! Delivery time came and went with no parcel, then the next day tracking went to ‘no tracking available’. Contacted UPs who told me it was either lost or not shipped and to sort it with the sender. No contact number for Skechers, ‘no assistant available’ online and after days of no response to my email I contacted PayPal. Shortly after receiving an investigation email from PayPal Skechers miraculously sent out another pair. Finally had an email offering 25% off my next order, which is useless considering I will never buy from their website again. Why not refund the 25% on the ones I originally bought?! Good job they fit as I wouldn’t trust them with a return either! Never again.

Good

For a wide selection of comfortable extra wide fit shoes and consistent sizing you can't really beat skechers. They offer a reward scheme, discounts for carers etc.

Sure, the trainers only last 9 months on average and they insist on using UPS, but the pros are worth the cons.

Slip into these and no laces to come undone, love them!

I bought a pair of the white slip ins, I've been buying the black ones for a couple of years and love them. When my partner saw the white ones she asked me to get her a pair which is amazing since she only wears designer trainers costing hundreds of £££s! They take a week to get here because they come from EU but that's no problem as long as you are aware of it.

Rubbish

Bought some trainers in March it is now May and the soles have split. Took them back to the shop in affinity shopping centre Bideford and told there was nothing they could do I’d have to go through customer service at sketchers main office. Appalling and un helpful service from the manager there. Shops are saying buy on the high street and not online then when I have a problem they can’t deal with it. Absolutely disappointed with the trainers first ever pair of sketchers and even more confused and dissatisfied with the disgusting customer service at the outlet shop. My advise is don’t bother shopping there

Ordered on 23/04/25. Order being processed for a week on my account then finally shipped. Ups sent email with tracking due to be delivered today after 2 weeks. Still does not say out for delivery on tracker. How much longer ,went on line today and still reports parcel not collected from Belgium, if no news next week I will find a Sketchers store and collect, or find alternative model with another supplier.A lot of bad reviews on this site, perhaps the MD could not care less about his business!!

Good shoes not so good discount or loyalty points

Good quality shoes but there discount and loyalty plus points is rubbish they ask you to sign up to get 20% off your first order then you pick trainer only to find out that the trainers you really want have a little message saying this item is excluded from promotions so you can’t use the discount they give you for signing up wow! I also looked up about the points you accumulate by buying items and there is a 365 day expiry date? On this as well 10 point for every 1£ sent 1000 point to get 5£ off only to lose in 365 days what’s the point take take take you do get free delivery but most give free delivery over 50£ free returns bonus if you don’t like or don’t no your size, just a shame as they do have some good shoes

Excellent customer service

Today I visited Boundary Mill Colne to see if I could find a pair of Skechers for my holidays. I was met there by Linda, the sales assistant fit Skechers, who was very friendly and very helpful. She advised me on protecting my new shoes and even got me a 10% off voucher as I had left my mobile at home. I can’t speak highly enough of this lady who is an excellent representative for Skechers. snd I will certainly visit here again when I buy my next pair.

Extremely Disappointed – Poor Service and No Resolution

I visited the Skechers Gloucester Quays store to treat my wife and myself to a pair of trainers, only to leave feeling embarrassed and humiliated by the dismissive attitude of the sales associate. When I raised a genuine concern about voucher use, I was met with an unhelpful response and no effort to resolve the situation.

I submitted a complaint via email and, after receiving no update within the promised timeframe, I had to chase for a response. Only then was it passed on to the district manager — yet now, over two weeks later, I’m still waiting to hear back. The email support leads nowhere, and despite claims of online chat availability, there’s no clear way to speak to someone directly or escalate the issue.

I’ve given Skechers every opportunity to resolve this fairly, but have been left completely frustrated and disappointed. A poor in-store experience was made worse by poor communication and a lack of care from the customer service team.
