I want to warn everyone about the fraudulent website Silverplay. My account username is salibek. I had $2,000 in my balance, and after I requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked without any explanation.

Their support team does not respond to emails or any messages. The money was never paid out, and I have no access to my account anymore.

Casino had n arrangement with me for years and one day they décide to stop it not to give as an exemple the 20% monthly cashback or the 20% weekly one
They changed the manger i had as VIP and the new one is totally ridiculous as he cut all my arrangement

Horrendous. You have to turnover your deposit to make a withdrawal on sports. They can also charge you 8% on a withdrawal if you actually manage to get that far. Sooner it goes out of business the better.

8% withdrawal fee is a joke. It's hard enough to will with that it's a misrible set up. It took a full 7 days to process it stay well clear

Omgd silverplay site has taking another 189 off my revolut card I didn't cancel.how do I get my money back off theese scam artists I'm fuming?

Stay clear folks. DO NOT USE. Please don't use this site you have withdrawal limits that include...

* 8% fee taking per withdrawal after the 1st, example I withdraw 100 today but every next withdrawal has an 8% fee applied.

* ok this one is sly as hell, a max amount withdrawal per week is 5k as per the terms but once you withdraw 2.5k they hold for 7 full bloody days then you get an email to inform you of the 8% fee

*They have a profit rollover. For example, if I place a bet of 100 and win 1000 I can't withdraw the money until I've placed bets of at least 900 making it more likely you will not win. No other platform does this it's a joke.

Stay well clear from these grim sly vaulters. All they want is for problem gamblers to deposit but not withdraw. The max deposit is 100k per day which would take 40 weeks to fully withdraw and an 8% fee overall as per the terms. No chance here folks only setup to suck as much money out of you as possible.

Customer service is sly about the reasons for delays. I hope the owners of this site fail.

Absolutely useless customer service, they take 2 days to respond to emails . Pending payments will take over a week to be even looked at so do not expect to be payed quickly or even at all.
