Incorrect item was delivered, with significant delay compared to the delivery estimate on the item webpage. I am still waiting for instructions how to return the item (but in fairness it is a holiday weekend so they might be understaffed or unavailable). I would have ordered elsewhere if i had known it would be such a disaster.

Hello! How to pay 61,96 € for a parcel you will never see and therefore get? Just make your purchases in Netto online And pray that your parcel will never be deteriorated by DHL during the shipping,as it happened to me,at the beginning of November 2020!so that the mentioned parcel was directly returned to Netto without having been delivered to me!Then I complained to Netto at once.But Netto,which initially admitted that there was an issue with my order,needed 2,5months to refund to me the amount of 37,92€ instead of the 61,96€ I paid!As Netto has deducted the 24,04 € which corresponded to the damaged items by the DHL staff! But the worse is here:as I was not very happy with this way of proceedings,I complained to PayPal( through which I initially paid),by contesting the bill,in the frame of the consumer's policy.Paypal asked to Netto some information of course and Netto answered while saying that I got the 2?? parcels, inventing by the way 2 fake parcel shipping numbers! That means that Netto declared me to be a liar and fraudster in front of PayPal!
If I really were such a crook,why Netto initially refunded to me the amount of 37,92€??Of course PayPal which makes business with Netto pretended to trust it's assessment according to which I got the parcel at home!(only one parcel and not 2 ones!).So, PayPal refused to refund to me the 24,04 € I paid to get nothing!
Of course,now Netto has lost me as customer online for good!

DHL noticed that the package contents was damaged and returned it to sender. I never got the package, nor a substitute. I had expressly ordered only cans, so nothing would break. The intentions of men and mice...

I ordered this bed for my grandson, he is 30 years old & the bed he had was too small for him. So ordered the bed & he said that he has not fallen out he new bed as he did with the other bed. He said that his new bed is the best he has ever had. He can sleep better & has a lot of room on it. Thank you.

Very quick delivery, I bought a Metallbett and as the delivery was free, it was cheaper than from other online shops

T-E-R-R-I-B-L-E, I have ordered a bike with a promised delivery date of 10 days. It is been a MONTH now and they are lost in their system/process.

Then, I have requested to cancel and refund, but sadly I only get an automatic message claiming they keep reviewing my case.

Conclusion they blocked my money and deliver nothing!
AVOID AT ALL COST IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!!!!!
