Hej Michael,

Alla beställningar som mottas på vardagar före kl. 13.00 skickas samma dag.

Eftersom du gjorde din beställning på fredagseftermiddagen efter kl. 13.00 skickade vi din beställning på måndagen.

Vi lovar leverans inom 1–3 vardagar, och jag kan se att paketet anlände till ditt lokala ombud på onsdag eftermiddag, vilket tekniskt sett är leverans 2 vardagar efter att vi skickade paketet.

Så jag förstår inte varför du säger att vi levererar först efter en vecka ?

Jag ber om ursäkt för att produkten var defekt vid mottagandet – vi mottog ditt klagomål igår eftermiddag och kommer att skicka en ny produkt till dig idag.

Hi Douglas,

I'm sorry that you prefer to continue our communication on TrustPilot.

I was under the impression, that you'd have somebody assist you in assembling the shower chair due to your current limited physical ability, but apparently I have misunderstood you, which I regret.

However I'm still not sure, if it would solve the issue that we send a replacement product. If you cannot assemble it before you've had your operation, it might be better just to return the product for a refund.

Please let me know what you prefer - either here on TrustPilot or in our current mail correspondance.

Hi Sandeep,

I'm sorry to hear, that you're not satisfied with the product. I don't understand why you haven't contacted our customer support if we have delivered the wrong product ?

And if it's the right product, I'm very curious to know, how the picture's not corresponding to the product delivered ?

Can you please explain what difference you're seing or contact our customer service to find out, if you've got the wrong product delivered.
