Sayve.dk - A horrible experience of being scammed

Only once purchase with 341 dkk in Jan.2022, and then deducted fees for 18 consecutive months without my knowledge and permission, totaling 2142 dkk. Until today I found out, definitely a steal, CRAZY!

Some facts:
1. Only once shopping in Jan.2022 and haven't visited the site again.
2. The invoice only has the money for the goods.
3. During being deducted, never received any emails from SAVYE.dk, including news, or advertisements, carried out without any knowing.
4. When in contact with customer service, only can get a templated answer.

Suspicious points:
1. The address provided on SAVYE.dk is 'Priorparken 833, 2605 Brøndby', which is a non-existent address on Google Maps.
2. The same person answers emails and calls, the store may only be operated by one person, only providing template answers, doesn't care about customer satisfaction, unwilling to take any responsibility.

My suggestions:
1. Report this situation to your bank, and ask the bank to help recover the loss(Maybe online fraud).
2. Complaint on forbrugerombudsmanden.dk, SAVYE.dk has a lawsuit regarding this act, victims have the possibility to recover this loss.
3. Telling this experience on social medias, help people from being hurt by SAVYE.

Any better way to protect our rights, please share here. Thank you very much.

Update:

A NEW LIE! After a phone call and several email conversations, of course you know who I am and what I complained about. 18 MONTHS of stealing and scamming! I had to void my original bank card. Who is it to be ashamed of?

Look here, it's a SAVYE Victims Club. Victims of course won't notice they've been deducted because it's so well hidden. When they find out that they have been cheated, they can only come here to party.

It's a shame that you have not provided any information so that we could contact you, as what you write is not true at all.

The address is absolutely correct - so please check again.

We inform about membership both before and after a purchase with us - as well as you choose whether you want membership or not, it sounds like you have not read the information we provide.

If you have actually purchased from us, you have actively chosen to be a member, you have at least wanted products at a very low price and cheap shipping.

We also appear on your bank account once a month and there is no binding with us, so you can cancel from day to day.

Again, we just have to mention that we are really sorry that you have written this review as we take it as a misunderstanding as we are inclined to believe that you are not writing this review due to your own frustration that you have not been paying attention.

Huge let down - membership without knowledge

I simply could not be more unhappy with their service. I have just now found out that I have paid an amount of DKK 119 to them for a "membership" for more than a year - without my knowledge. They may argue that in the process of the purchase that they are clear on the part that there is a membership involved, but clearly it's not obvious enough - as you can see on other reviews here.

Secret subscription

They very sneakily sign you up for a membership. Found out 10 month too late. So I paid an extra 1190DKK for one little purchase of 97DKK.
It is a scam, even if they're upfront about it. Strange this is allowed. They do not refund.

This is stated in several places on the website:
- Pop-up with the information on opening the site
- On the front page there is a large banner with information about membership.
- On each product page you can choose between member price and normal price as well as an info box with what the member price entails.
- In the shopping cart, as soon as you have added an item at the member price to the cart.
- In the checkout, under the order summary, just before you proceed to the payment page, there is a description of what the member price entails.
- You can only proceed to the payment page once you have ticked acceptance of the membership conditions.
- At the end, on the order confirmation page, the membership price, the commitment period and "see conditions below" are stated.

There is no commitment period after 1 month and you can cancel your membership yourself via the website under 'My account' or you can contact us on tel. 71 99 50 55 or e-mail: info@sayve.dk and we can be of assistance.

If you do not want to shop as a member, we also have a normal price on the website, where you do not need to become a member to shop with us.

Subscription fraud

Subscription fraud.
It is my bad luck that I did not check the review comments here in Trustpilot before I did shopping with Sayve.dk. I have been charged for the membership fee of 199 DKK every month ( the last 3 months), which I came to notice just now. In fact, I called Nordea bank to report that I have been deducted a199DKK by Sayve. The Nordea staff immediately responded that it is membership fee and I am not the first one to call him (seems like many of them are affected and paying this membership fee to Sayve.dk without their own knowledge). It is unfortunate that such companies exit also in Denmark. When I checked the order receipt from the shopping I made (received to my email), the terms on membership subscription and payment is hidden as a foot note. Moreover, the invoice for the membership was not send to my email either. In that case, I would have unsubscribed in the very first month, as I check my emails more often than the bank statement. During the process of purchase, there were no any pop ups or membership fee revealed in my case. It is clearly a fraudulent business they are doing. They don't even deserve 1star out of 5. I am sure Sayve has a standard sneaky reply to us.

Unknowingly paid for subscription

I just realized that I somehow have gotten signed up for a subscription with Sayve.dk and that they have taken 89 kr. out of my account every month for longer than I care to admit. I know that I would never willingly subscribe to the kind of service that they provide, which leads me to believe that it has been hidden somewhere while buying something. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

If people wanted to be a member, they probably would sign up for it first.
they should only have the member price option with a login that is member already.

But you are cheating the system wanting people not to notice.
You can say otherwise, but we both know that's not true.

I hope you'll consider this since it's way more user friendly, and people will actually appreciate it more.

There's a reason why 90% of your reviews are horrible.

SO please change it.

Buy at your own risk

Buy at your own risk! It comes with a subscription that is hidden. You will actually find out about it when money is deducted from your account. Then trying to unsubscribe is also difficult, you can't. They ask you to log in to something you never signed up for. SCAM ALERT! DO NOT BUY! unless you like hidden subscriptions!

I got signed up for a membership that I didn't want. It is a very dark and sneaky business model, playing tricks on you to get a membership you don't want.

It is not acceptable to trick customers like that, they should work on their transparency!!
