Mine arrived 2 weeks after order. Unfortunately I went by their size recommendation based on shoe size with other brands..which turned out to be way too large. They were gorgeous but had to return them. Refund was quick and when I complained about the £9 “restocking” fee because the sizing was their recommendation- I got that refunded too!

Ordered a pair of boots. £166. Day prior to delivery I received an email from UPS. I had £47.69 to pay for import duty. This wasn’t mentioned, I went on UK government website and tax is 2.5% on anything from £166~630. The amount to pay is 25%. What a scam!.

I ordered a pair of slip ons at a cost of £121.50 and received a box of nuts & bolts, weighing 90kg. Have had to pass it on to fraud investigators.

They deliverd quiet a bad quality (for a pricey pair of shoes) and I had to pay for the return. Customer care didn't care. No good experience at all. Be careful - don't shop at Vibae!

fast delivery. The first pair I received were too small. I could exchange them. Within a week I received one size bigger. Good service and good communication through email.

It took 2 months for my order to arrive. They give you fake tracking information that doesn’t work. When you contact customer support the average response time is 5 days, and they will also provide you with fake shipping information, and they’ll tap dance around answering any questions you ask around getting a refund. The quality of the shoes is bad and they don’t look anything like the ad.

DO NOT BUY!!! This company is completely fraudulent. Their Facebook ads say they are from California (since my purchase all of their comments have been removed entirely from their pages) after paying through PayPal I was charged an international exchange rate fee and the company name/location is in China. I immediately contacted PayPal but had to wait to receive goods. The black peep hole heel looks like a square box, has a huge malformed gap, and smells like chemicals so strongly I have the bags wrapped in 2 additional bags to block the smell. The second pair, pointy toe tasseled mules arrived later and they also smelled so bad they gave me a headache just opening the box. The material is suede like and has large patches of glue, polish, something shiny that burned away the fibers leaving dark damaged marks on the shoes surface. The company will not refund me until I mail them back to china. Working with PayPal to get my money back without the $50 tracked shipping. DO NOT BUY!!!

I would give 0 stars if I could!! They charged my card BEFORE shipping the shoes. Unethical!! That was over a month ago. Still no shoes. I've demanded a refund. I'm sure I will not get it and will have to contact the credit card company to dispute the charges. I usually check Trust Pilot first...not sure why I didn't this time. Learned my lesson!!

Buyer Beware: Found store through Instagram IG seller feeds. Lead ads don’t ever indicate overseas seller (which can be ok if trusted seller). This seller took 3 weeks after purchase to even prepare order!! + approx 3+weeks to arrive via China Post. So DISAPPOINTING...Not recommended at all. Find trusted sellers in EBAY for better seller Protections with China or Intl sellers.

Buyer beware. Any positive feed back they probably wrote. I ordered flat size 10 sandals I got reject black high heels size 8. Cant get my money back PayPal wont event help. This website and company is a scam

I ordered 2 pair of sandals in May 2019. It took over 1 month for first pair which were damaged other pair never came. I contacted them several times. In Aug 2019 they finally gave me a partial refund. The report shoes out of stock the price of sandals were $29.98 they only refunded me $23 and didn’t do anything about the damage shoes suggested I give them away. Don’t order from here

I ordered a size 9 because the reviews said they run small. I opened my package, the shoes are cute but I received a size FIVE 5. The website is full of s..... You can’t contact them by phone nor website. So I lost my money. All I want is the correct size. And they came from China NOT California. Too bad the shoes were cute, I would have been a return customer.

This is my first ever online shopping experience, and it was very happy! What I like most how affordable most shoes are, and there are so many sales you're more likely to be saving a lot of money. Love my shoes, and great customer service. will definitely buy more shoes from Sandalsvibe.
