Raiyana Patel was highly efficient, supportive and reassuring. We experienced a very smooth renewal process with no unnecessary pressure.

I would highly recommend this law firm, they understood the issues with our case from start to finish, and provided clear and consistent advice on the best way forward for my wife's visa, and answered questions quickly and efficiently when needed and responded rapidly to all communications throughout the process. Our lawyer Ijaz Ahmed was very helpful and was very quick to understand our case and followed the application through with a great attention and understanding of the core issues, making an excellent representation on our behalf.

I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the service I received in relation to my mother's Pre-Settled Status application. I paid a fee of £750 with the understanding that this amount covered assistance with the application process. However, I only received general recommendations and was later informed that there were no real chances for the application to succeed.

I believe this does not reflect the level of service I was promised or paid for. I requested a partial refund, but was told that this was not possible and was instead offered another service that I do not need.
I do not recommend this company to anyone!!!
Be careful, don't pay for their services in advance!

Sabz Solicitors are behind “immigration solicitors.co.uk” whom I just had an awful experience with.

I called for help about my cousins husband’s visa refusal. They seemed very keen and lovely to begin with. Started getting emails where they consistently got my name wrong, despite my name being in my actual email address and me correcting them. I then decided to read reviews before handing over the £700 plus VAT charge they had in mind. They then sent me another email with the price of £750 plus vat. Then another email, again with the wrong name, stating that it was infact £700. A barrage of emails with wrong details on every level.

I wrote them an email saying it wasn’t filling me with confidence that they could not get my name right despite me correcting them on multiple occasions. That I wanted to take time to read through reviews and speak to my cousin but I wasn’t filled with confidence. Literally moments later I get another call from them which I don’t answer and received a voicemail called me “Mr Tara” when I am clearly a woman, saying they were removing my details and my account because and I quote “they only take on clients that want to sort out their matter and we do not look for any sort of conflict”

To remind you all, I asked for them to get my name correct and that I needed time to read through reviews.

I would highly suggest avoiding this company, if this is the way they handle customers and simple requests like getting a name correct or even a prefix…I know I sure as hell wouldn’t trust them to sort out a visa application if something as simple as a clients name is too much for them to handle.

Sabbah S. I highly suggest you take some training in the way you handle requests and customers because that was truly diabolical. (Sabz solicitors denied my review because it has personal information which seems fine for them as long as the reviews are positive. Isn’t it incredible that I can get their name correct and they can’t take a second to read mine)

My mother’s visitors visa was denied. I was at my wits end as I needed my mum with me during childbirth as my culture dictates. Luckily I came across sabzsolicitors online. Firstly, this company also run through another name ukimmigrationsolicitors I want to highlight concerns regarding the reviews on this website. In my opinion, the five-star reviews appear potentially fraudulent. They are written in an exceedingly polished manner, which seems inconsistent with typical customer feedback, especially for individuals who may struggle with completing immigration forms or need assistance with the process. Additionally, there is a notable absence of mid-range reviews (such as three or four stars), which is unusual, as most genuine reviews tend to fall within this range. Based on these observations, I would advise caution when interpreting these reviews as fact.

Secondly, I wish to express my dissatisfaction with their business practices. The company requires payment upfront, even before any agreement is signed. If you decide to withdraw at any point, they seem to disregard your prior payment and do not offer a refund. I have been waiting for two weeks without any communication from their accounts department regarding the £1,800 I paid. I am currently pursuing a refund through my bank, as I have an email confirmation from them promising to reimburse this amount. If that fails, I am considering taking legal action through the small claims court to recover the funds.

Initially, I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. However, the website presents the company, UK Immigration Solicitors, as a prestigious, reputable firm. In reality, I was transferred to a secondary company, Shabz, which, when searched online, appears to operate out of a dilapidated garage in Birmingham. It resembles a sweatshop for lawyers, with staff seemingly filling out forms on an assembly line. Although they portray the office as a glossy London establishment, this is clearly not the case.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Shabnam Sabz Solicitors. My solicitor was consistently unavailable, always said to be in meetings, and never returned my calls or emails, even when time-sensitive issues were at stake. Weeks would go by with no communication or updates unless I chased repeatedly.

This level of inaccessibility is unacceptable in any professional service, but especially from a legal firm where clients are often relying on timely, critical support. I felt completely neglected and unsupported throughout the process.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this firm to anyone who values clear communication, basic responsiveness, or client care. Look elsewhere, your case deserves more attention than this.

Ijaz Ahmed was patient and clear in guiding me through the difficult immigration process. He was thorough in answering my many questions, and was able to walk me through the steps in a way where I understood what was needed from me. I can really attribute most of our successful outcome to him.

I was previously a client of this firm and they are just a simple copy and paste form the company don’t care about clients and the caseworkers are too stressed to bother. I have noted the sudden number of 5 star reviews which screams dodgy to me. I would avoid this firm my dealing was with ms Mughal who was a nightmare to get hold of and she is meant to be a “senior solicitor” god knows what the rest of them are like
