30 day warranty! Poor customer service

My watch will not switch on which was a Xmas gift. You only get a 30 day warranty and no replacement. Don’t buy. Received appalling unhelpful customer service

A watch not powering on should absolutely be covered, and we want to make this right. You can also try to connect the watch to charger to activate.

A good purchase

I have read somewhere that this company has had some bad reviews.
I can’t fault my watch Ionos brand used in conjunction with the Runmefit app.
I have a few medical problems and I wanted to purchase a watch that measures, oxygen levels, blood pressure and heart rate. I am not interested in the fitness part, as it would probably kill me.
I cannot fault the watch as it performs my requirements very well.
I am impressed with the watch and the ease of operation. Far better than than 2 others that I have tried and didn’t get the results that I wanted.
The app does mess around occasionally, but I don’t know whether they have been working on it. Not with a significant frequency to interrupt anything. It works great alongside Apple health with the transfer of information. It’s great that I can regularly monitor my oxygen levels as I have COPD. Works well
