Shady Business Practice
The policy renewed without my permission. Due to a turbulent few weeks, leaving the military and trying to start a new life for myself I was 5 days out of a 14 day cancellation on a policy I didn't even ask to be renewed! No empathy. Just pay £49 to cancel for something I didn't even ask to have renewed! I would avoid. Incredibly kind and helpful when signing up, but after a year of paying and no longer wanting to - very little understanding. I'm really upset at this.

The best insuarance for photograpy.
I have insured my camera equipments with Ripe insurance for 2 years now.I didn't know that filters are covered too. Accidentally one of my LEE ND filters dropped on the floor and broke.I contacted customer service with doubt. They are very helpful and the claim procedure is very straightforward.Once I submitted evidence of damage, Proof of purchase and cost for replacement claim was sorted. I am really satisfied and recommend this photography insurance.

DON'T USE THEM
This is the second year that they have automatically renewed my policy without sending any renewal notice only the policy documents. last year i advised them that i did not want to auotmatically renew this year. STAY AWAY FROM THEM. I am writing to my bank and also Aviva that underwrites the policy.

I tried to stop renewal of policy next…
I tried to stop renewal of policy next week as my husband has died. Very unhelpful couldn’t tell me if money will be taken out of account automatically or not. I now have to send copy of death certificate.
This is the only company I have had to do this for.
