delivery was excellent but it's too early for a proper evaluation of the Gefu Tritacarne product. It seems difficult to get it to stabilise properly but it might be because I need a disc with smaller holes I've ordered one and if it's possible I'll update this later. I'm using it to make falafel. As I said you're asking for a switch and dirty evaluation. you need some patience!

Hello, we are sorry that your experience was not good. We've checked the delivery and below you can find the explanation of what happened.
The order was shipped on 25 June, arrived at the courier's branch on Saturday 26 June and was ready to be delivered on Monday 28 June.
The courier had difficulty delivering the package because the address you indicated was not complete.
The address you indicated corresponds to a business (a farmhouse), which therefore requires if she had provided all the information (eg "c / o name of the business") the package would have been delivered on 28 June.
I hope this is helpful in avoiding these problems. We would be grateful if you would like to change the rating of this review, as the issue is not up to us. Customer reviews are important to our online reputation and negative reviews can negatively impact our business.
