Exceptional to work with
Riad Tile was exceptional to work with. We looked at samples of several colors & shapes. We selected Snow White Zellige tile to help brighten up black countertops & cherry cabinets. The Zellige also blends well with our Saltillo tile floors that look 100+ years old. Since one of our cabinets was short, we picked 4x4 tiles, so we could install at least 3 rows of tile. We used an installer recommended by Riad who was trained in Zellige installation, since it's sizing varies from piece to piece. Thank you to the Riad team for all the help.

great purchasing experience; sad product experience.
First, the tile arrived and was packaged well. It's what happened after install that has me so upset. We ordered the checkered Bardiglio and Calcutta gold. It was about $18 per square foot. It was professionally installed. The Calcutta is cracking, the bardiglio is holding up just fine. When approached about it, Riad said that there's an issue with the subfloor and it's not the tile. However, the Bardiglio is on the same subfloor and has done just fine. They have offered no support. And the tile in my $50,000 bathroom is cracking 2 months after moving in. I am so upset and I am amazed at the lack of support for a sub par product. You will see this review elsewhere, as it seems to be my only recourse.
