This is an amazing company! Great logistics and prompt response. I love that! Your package is delivering in days not weeks. Theres a lot of communication doctor-patient, account-questions, and delivery. If you are tired trying with companies that make it push it to do their job , this ones you will not regret.

They sent what I ordered and it was on time. They called me and asked me a lot of questions to check my comprehension about my order and the instructions for use. The phone call was not necessary and even though I indicated that I wanted to finish the call quickly, they kept on talking. Next time I will be disinclined to answer.

BUYER BEWARE

I would never recommend this company to anyone. No one ever gets back to you. I have tried to cancel since July, then in Aug, and then in September. Got the standard response of we will get back to you in 24-48 hours. No one ever responded. I promise you that I will continue to share how this company is such a disappointment. I had to pause my account for 3 months, and when the pause was up, I tried to cancel again. I was never sent a "your prescription is going to renew notice; the rep stated it is supposed to be sent out 5 days before renewal. Then I was charged $240.00. When I called to dispute it, they conveniently waited for the shipment to go out and then responded, saying it was already sent and that there is no refund. UNPROFESSIONAL. Was told to follow through with the cancellation process online. When you try to cancel, the company has 4 boxes that have to be (xed). One says you have to acknowledge that you will be charged one more time for the product. Why am I canceling and being charged again? Who in their right mind would check that box? When you call, you get the run-around, and you can't cancel over the phone. What kind of company doesn't allow you to cancel over the phone? TOTAL SCAMMERS. Better Business Bureau, here I come, and you bet I am reporting this as FRAUD! This is why people need to flag this company.

Stay away from the hassle

They advertise next day shipping. One of my 2 items arrived next day as promised. The other item had no ETA Both require refrigeration. Calling CSR gave zero answers and when I tried to cancel she gave me erroneous information stating she couldn’t cancel due to HIPPA. Total nonsense. Stay away from this company. There are many others to choose from. Buyer beware of the immense hassle.
