Order not received – customer support ignores repeated follow-ups
I placed a large order (Order #196047, several hundred euros) with Raw Powders in July 2025.
The parcel was stuck in transit for weeks and was eventually returned to the seller.
On August 5th, customer support (Laura) informed me that the order had been returned and asked whether I preferred a refund or a reshipment. I immediately confirmed that I wanted the order resent with the corrected address.
Since then, I have followed up three more times (including on August 15th and afterwards) asking if any further information was needed or what the status was. Unfortunately, I never received any reply – the order was never resent, and I also did not get a refund.
Bottom line: I paid, but received neither my goods nor my money back, and the customer service simply ignores me.
This is completely unacceptable for a serious online shop.

Instead I received an email stating that I still had products in my basket and so I went back in and completed what I thought was the original order. Then I received the confirmation emailed. The next day I checked my bank to see that the same order has been placed twice. I emailed straight away. The following day I received a second order confirmation. I have emailed several times about this with emails bank info attached. I have received no communication since- except to say that the issue has been resolved. I am disgusted at this stage. Up to this point I had been a regular customer with no issues. Very disappointed with the zero customer service received from Laura. Is this a scam?

I have ordered from raw powders before and paid for the express shipping (rather expensive by the way). It arrived pretty quick and I was satisfied with the product. However, I placed a larger order on the 16th of February (19 days ago) using the free shipping my order qualified for, and my order had been ‘processed’ since then. I have contacted support twice with no reply. (UK delivery) I shouldn’t have to pay £16 to receive my order faster than 3+ weeks (still not shipped) 2 stars rather than 1 as my first order was satisfactory.

Fantastic user experience I had an issue with DPD delivering my product to the wrong address and forging my signature,I sent Rawpowders an email and they resolved the issue immediately,very impressed with this company both products and service are outstanding.Well done I will order again.Thank you
always had a good experience in the past and have purchased multiple times but lately their is a website has an issue stopping the free delivery.
i emailed but didnt get a response, after a week they closed my ticket so reached out via facebook who said their IT would look at it later that day. 2 days later and still not working. ive been trying to place an order for 11 days 😳
update: placed an order and had incorrect postage refunded. website issue resolved later. looking forward to receiving my order

I tried to review their CBD tablets, but was unable to. The website states that "review must be between 0 and 0 characters long"!
I contacted Rawpowder's support about the issue, but they discarded my email as spam!
This makes me wonder if their reviews are fake.
