The email address listed on the website refuses my normal email address as a spammer, which we are not. Email from my Gmail backup account is unresponded. My payment password became non-functional and the chat bot is still unavailable, therefore it is unrecoverable. So, please... one of you 5-star reviewers, let them know it is not working for Newbies... but you better get all of your money out first, because I lost contact when I raised questions.
