Pure Romance Customer Abuse Department

I put one star only because there is nothing lower to rate them with. I saw reviews about their bad unresponsive nonchalant customer service which ought to be rebranded as their Customer Abuse department. I also did not receive my package and they threw us to the dogs telling us to deal with their carrier and simply absolved themselves of any responsibility. Never Again!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. My package got lost in the mail and they refuse to do anything about it until its been missing over 3 weeks. Didn't have any problems taking my money immediately but want me to wait over a month to get what I paid for. Also, takes 2 days to get a response from customer service just to find out they won't do anything anyway. Don't waste your time or money on this horrible company

WHERE'S THE FRAGRANCE? ALL I GOT WAS A PRETTY BOTTLE!!!

IM TRYING TO FIGURE IF THEY FOR GIOT TO PUT THE FRANFRANCE IN THE PRETTY BOTTLE????? I HAVE YET TO SMELL A FRAGRANCE! I SPENTY ALMOST $80. AND DON'T KNOW WHAT THE HELL I PAID FOR!! NEVER AGAIN YOU GOT ME THIS TIME BUT NEVER AGAIN!!!! YOUR CROOKS HIDING BEHIND A FRAGRANCE SCAM! I WANT MY MONEY REFUNDED!

Attended a pure romance party outside…

Attended a pure romance party outside of Perth recently as a guest. The lady presenting did a ln okay job but when it came to us going up to her van to purchase products a lot of us felt pressured and some of us felt she was extremely rude if we didn’t spend a decent amount of money. I get it though it was a late night party that went through until 9pm so understandably with travel time included in this the consultant was just eager to get her sales and get the hell out of there. But the way we were treated was incredibly rude. I was shocked at a bill of over $400 for for a few basic items won’t go into details but started to reconsider my list and take items off the list the bring the price down. Which resulted me in taking 1 big ticket item off my list to save me over $200 and I was met with a disgustingly rude attitude from the consultant. I was happy to pay for the remaining $200 on my list but given the horrible gestures I received once I did that out of principle I walked away with nothing which was incredibly disappointing. I’m not the only one that felt this way either!! Disgusting attitude have no idea how this woman is so successful in business with pure romance.

Horrible!!

Horrible!!! They sent the wrong product. I had to pay shipping to send it back. Then I get told I get an Electronic gift card in the amount of the product I returned… ONLY IT DOESNT WORK!! It comes up INVALID on their website. I get told they have to check with their IT dept. really?!! So I’m out ALL MY Money!!!

SCAM COMPANY!!! Don’t order from them!!! Total rip off!!!

15+ years of Pure Romance!!

I have been using Pure Romance products for over 15 years. Their products and customer service are the best in the industry. The greatest difference between Pure Romance and other companies is the personal consultants. They’re not all created equal, obviously, but keep looking til you find a good one (who’s taken advantage of their trainings and certifications and is committed to good business practices!) and you’ll be happy you did! My consultant has never led me astray, and will even encourage me to spend less money if she knows I’ll be happier with something less expensive. Or, if she knows a product isn’t the best- she won’t even sell it to her clients.

Pure Romance also has the best bath & body items that are pH-balanced and not animal tested, made with high quality ingredients. They back their products and their customers.

On the topic of shipping, I’ve seen so many reviews complaining about it— you must understand that if you are able to get your products at the party- it’s bc the consultant has prepaid the shipping out of her own pocket for your convenience. And then she often has to pay again to ship some items to clients. These women are independent businesses- not Amazon. I’m happy to support my consultant so she can help take care of her family while providing me and SO many others with priceless info that many people are lacking— AND amazing products.

And if you’re not happy with your experience or products, call Pure Romance directly and the corporate offices will make it right.

I’m a Pure Romance customer for life.

Horrible sex party experience via…

I attended one of "these" years ago via old bestie invite (against my better wishes. Wanting to be nice and supportive) Talk about MLM disaster. The 'hostess' was a middle aged Matron who scouted herself as a sex guru with 25+ years of marriage. So she "knew everything there was to know about intimacy, and what feels good" despite the factor that everyone is different, and not going to like the same thing.

Well that didn't deter her performance with any of the toys she had us pass around. Claiming they pull the charm, whether you used them or not. Then the sexy creams she overhyped as 'sensational' blah blah. Like a typical salesperson. Well I stupidly ordered the 'sparkling jelly' to try on my lady parts, and it BURNED. And I mean stung with horrible irritation. Which I emailed her about, requesting a refund. And she responded with such condensation, I thought I'd reach through the email and slap her for the insult. Treating me like I was 5, with maybe I'd applied it wrong, in the wrong spot. Like I had never been intimate before. I wanted to drive by her home and whip the cream at her mailbox. Never wasted my $ again

Safty seal removed on deliver

I bought some toys from this company through the store by Cassidy Bybee as I had seen her post several item videos on social media. The items took a little while to arrive and when they did one of the items already had the safty seal removed on the toy. I sent two emails to the company with no response. I then messaged Cassidy Bybee directly on her social media account and had no response. It has been over a week since I messaged her directly with no response and the emails were sent before that.

I placed an order and one of my items was damaged and leaking. They do not want to stand behind their products and will not replace. Their customer service is a joke - so rude and not willing to help. I will never buy from them again!@!!!!

0 STARS I purchased since many years ago my package never arrive, the second time that the seller try to resend the box it was with the same wrong address SO usps resended to the seller, the seller stop to respete my emails and the customer service even with a proof of i didn’t received anything and since I have more than a moths because I did a purchase no NOV 2023 we are MARCH 2024 obviously I prefer a refund instead of purchased item they just send to me THIS EMAIL: Hello Lucero,

Our consultants are operating their own business as a small business owner and handle all of their personal sales. Due to this, Cassidy would have to be the person to offer resolution.

Also, if a package has been marked delivered, a refund would not be offered due to the seller having proof it was in fact delivered. Cassidy might be willing to send out another package to you, but this will ultimately be up to her as the business owner.

When the Post Office fails to deliver a package, if the provided shipping address was correct, then the package will need to be reported to USPS as missing and they will give you a case number. Once you have that info, please reach back out to Cassidy and put Urgent-Customer Concern in the subject line. Let her know you have reported the package as missing and provide the case number to her.

She is one of our 2 top sellers in the company, and I am certain she must have missed your message. She gets a lot of correspondence.

I attended one of your parties on…

I attended one of your parties on January 6, 2024. The consultant was great and the party was fun. I purchased several items and spent a great deal of money. I received three of my items but have never received the rest of my order. I have reached out numerous times by email, IM and text and Falisha has not responded. One of the items I bought does not work.
I have tried calling your customer service number to no avail. Highly disappointed!!!

The party itself was fun and the consultant, Rebecca (Becky) Lopez did a great job with it. However, afterwards is when everything started to be an issue. She hardly communicated with everyone on their deliveries and with me she was exceptionally absent and unresponsive. All my friends received their products about a month, month and a half later. I never saw a single discount that was promised when my friends spent so much and I never saw a single product. The only options you have in this case with a consultant that isn’t getting you your items is to contact the company directly and they’ll send the items to you or to dispute the charge on your card if you want a refund.

Just buy these products directly if you want to try them. Working with the consultants leaves a lot in their hands and if things don’t work out, the company can’t do much.

Product Testers?

Product Testers?

My former romance, representative posted on Facebook that she was looking for product testers. She was looking for people to test brand new products, and to provide feedback. So I “volunteered.”

I was charged full price for the item that she had me “test”, which surprised me I thought I would be provided the item for free for constructive feedback. It was no surprise that she never asked me for my feedback. I feel like I was scammed, and that her post was very misleading.

Unethical company that preys upon women…

Unethical company that preys upon women looking for an additional income (particularly mothers) and almost always leaves them hopelessly losing money in their MLM scam. It takes beautiful and romantic relationships and makes them less romantic and strains finances. I love my wife with all of my heart but I absolutely hate and despise this crooked company.

I bought a product in December, got a second charge in April

I bought a product in December. It arrived fine but 4 mo ths after, i got another charge for the same amount. I did not place a second purchase bec the product isnt worth it. The company refused to reverse the charges and just keep on saying to contact the company. Its odd that they still have my card info when i didnt register or created an account. BS company

Australia - I ordered 2 products online from a local PR sales person who held a PR party at a friends house that I couldn’t attend.

Ordered the teal make waves as…

Ordered the teal make waves as advertised on a consultant page sent a purple on I did not want purple I ordered teal tried to work with consultant she was rude and unwilling to make this right or provide a refund if this is how the company works I will never have anything good to say . She even said I didn't update my page and I said you shouldn't of sent it it wasn't as advertised or at least reached out to make sure I still wanted it bc I would of said NO! Very unsatisfied!

I bought a womanizer 8 months ago and used it about 3 times. It doesn't work anymore. It shows that is charged and I try to turn it on the light comes on but nothing else happens. I spent $129.00 on this .I need answers. A very unhappy customer 😕
