I placed my order on February 10th, I have not received any other communication except "order confirmed" --and my credit card charged. Since it has far exceeded the "3-5 working days to get my order ready" (according to order confirmation) I've emailed 3 requests asking for order status. NO response. How can companies get away with this?

I used their original CBD pain patches which were a God sent but then the company went to Hemp instead. Sadly, Hemp doesn't work as well for serious pain and I was really saddened as were many others who had used their original patches. After I saw all the positive reviews for the Hemp Reservoir patches I broke down and placed an order. They were amazing at taking my money immediately but never shipped the order. I had to place a dispute order with my bank to get my money back after calls and emails failed. The number has been disconnected. Don't bother.

I placed an order in January. The good news is Pure Ratios does a great job of quickly processing payment. The company took my money right away! The bad news is my order never shipped. Myriad unanswered emails, calls to a defunct phone number, sleuthing to contact the parent company, trying to get in touch with the wholesale division have not produced any results. I have disputed the charge with my cc company. It’s such a shame, as I’ve been ordering for years. The CBD salve and patches have been a godsend for my elderly mother. I am so disheartened that Pure Ratios swindled me and other unsuspecting customers who ordered in good faith.

On September 4, 2024 Pure Ratios charged my account 250.00 for an order I placed. Never got the order, on inquiry I was told the new company was having trouble filling orders. After many emails was told would refund money. No refund, no product abd now no contact .. no answer on emails, phone no longer works. I just want my money back. This WAS a great product and a great company

I have used the hemp patches for a long time without issue. On 11/25/2024, I placed an order, received order confirmation & my credit card was charged. Still have not seen my order. It is 01/07/2025. No response to email & the phone number is no longer in service.

Order product. Purchased an 8 pack of patches. Card was debited and product was never delivered and received. Phone number is out of service and they are not responding to email. Crooks. Unfortunate because they had great products.

This company ripped me off. I ordered 61.00 worth of patches with no patches sent. They have a disconnected phone and they don’t answer emails. What a shame! The patches were amazing! Don’t order from this company! They will rip you off!!!

I ordered 5 patches from this company. After 10 days of not receiving, I emailed the company and have gotten no reply. I tried to call them and their phone number is disconnected. They debited my checking account right away. But have gotten no product and can't reach the company.

Long time buyer of pure ratios CBD patches, and have spent a GREAT deal of money. I also have a monthly patch subscription. Shipping regularly takes 2-3 weeks, but this summer, an order, and my subsequent subscription still hadn't arrived after 5 weeks! One email response stated they were waiting on restock... unfortunately pure ratios charges when order is placed. I waited, but silence on their end and phone # has been out of service since September? It's almost November! Took my money

I have been ordering these patches for quite some time now. I was charged on Oct 4th for the patches and here it is Oct 23rd and no patches. I've sent emails and no response. Phone number out of service. Here it is November 13th and still no refund or patches!! Do not order from this company

I made an order, have not received it and they just disappeared. No phone or email contact. Phone is out of service. To track the package they also sent me to an app that asks to have complete access to my emails (which I obviously did not accept)

The Only product that gives

I submitted an order on August 30 and the order was confirmed. I have yet to receive it. My emails go unanswered.

I ordered the patches and the salve. I have been using there products for several years without issue. This time, the shipment did not come for a long time. I tried the phone number and it was no longer a working number. I was afraid the company had closed. I finally got an email saying that they had run out of products. I finally got my order a month later.

Pure Ratios comes highly recommended by a friend who has done a lot of research on these products. I have only ordered the slow release hemp patches. These have effectively cured my knee arthritis, eliminating the arthritic swelling and pain. I combine this with a home workout program for strengthening my leg muscles and a weekly tennis workout to keep my worn out left knee (at age 87, no cartilage) functional.
I have recommended Pure Ratios to several friends.

Order took a much longer time to arrive than anticipated. Not sure why the delay! Product is a great product!

I have been a subscriber for years....however, even though my account is charged well in advance of shipping every month....in September 2024 I was charged then pure ratios was unable to fulfill my recurring order as they had run out of patches indefinitely due to a promotion. They are unable to take care of their loyal long-time customers as they try to go after new customers. So new customers....BEWARE! A great product from an unreliable company.

price is very high for one patch, it may help for a short time, but i think the price is way to high for 1 patch.
i have nothing else to say about this product. no need to send any more emails to me.
