Proxima successfully supported a new line of business for credit card collections using a small team of bilingual (English-Spanish) nearshore customer service representatives, combined with CallPilot.ai's automated support to handle follow-up calls and provide 24/7 inbound assistance. We were able to process over 1,500 records daily with just two collection specialists and the support of the AI bot, ultimately achieving a contact rate of over 83% and a collection promise confirmation rate of more than 62%. I will definitely be using Proxima’s blended BPO + AI services in future campaigns and highly recommend this company for high-complexity automation and customer service use cases.
