I stopped into Provident Jewelry because they have a good reputation and had a very good rating on-line. I have worked with another jeweler in Jupiter for my entire adult life (35+ years) but they recently sold to another owner and I don't know anything about the new owners. Anyways, I was working with Janie at Provident looking for a particular bracelet. She was wonderful and was very interested in helping me find the exact bracelet I was looking for. We had no luck, but I left her my number in case she found anything. She reached out to me a few days later to let me know she had found the bracelet I was looking for but it was with a competitive jewelry store. I told her that was amazing customer service and next level support even if it meant giving my sale to a competitor. I will definitely be working with Janie and Provident Jewelry in the future. They are wonderful and I now see why they are rated so highly by others! Thanks Janie!

The people at this store are fantastic. We felt welcomed, at ease, appreciated as potential clients and catered to. We were taken good care of at every step of the process from entering the store to our request to clean some vintage pieces. Everyone there is down to earth and pleasant to deal with. No attitude. We would return to this West Palm Beach location any time.
