They scammed my money
I purchased Premiata shoes from this seller, but they never delivered my order. Despite marking it as delivered in their system, nothing ever arrived. When I contacted them, they assured me my money was safe and instructed me to fill out a form for the courier to start an investigation, promising I’d receive a refund shortly after. They claimed it would only take a few days.
A month later, they informed me I had to refill the form, stalling the process further. Ultimately, they outright refused to refund me. I made it clear that the delivery issue was their responsibility—not mine—and that any problems with their logistics were irrelevant to my right to a refund. Yet, they continued to deny my request.
I escalated the matter to PayPal, but the seller provided nothing more than generic delivery proof, which was insufficient to address the issue. Shockingly, PayPal closed the case in the seller’s favor.
This seller has been completely dishonest and unhelpful. Their handling of this situation was unacceptable, and I strongly advise avoiding them at all costs.

Il cliente ha tentato di truffarci in quanto il corriere ha dimostrato con tanto di firma del signor Faruk che il pacco è stato consegnato. Il cliente a quanto pare è recidivo, tentando spesso di fare acquisti e chiedere rimborsi per avere la merce gratis. Anche Paypal ha dato contro al cliente ma questo non lo ferma nel recensire negativamente una boutique seria come la nostra. Siamo fieri del nostro lavoro e puntiamo molto a soddisfare ogni richiesta del cliente che sia lecita.
