Another multi-stamp buy: opening the package is just like my childhood Christmas mornings (just with more sleep and less stockings and ten days of non-stop Turkey meals).

The four stamp souvenir sheet for Saint Vincent is comical (who doesn't want a Caribbean Father Christmas playing the steelpans on the day itself?) and the four stamp souvenir sheet for Guyana in 1974 is delicious scrumptious (a celebration 'exotic fruit'. Or 'fruit' to the Guyanese). These and the other coveted Crimbo stamps are a joy to behold.

I had subscribed to 7 countries. Already in the first delivery there was one stamp of a set of Portugal which was damaged. Now I got the second delivery - and now a sheet of Portugal was damanged, really badly damaged. That you wonder, who is touching the stamps there. Zero quality. I have immediately unsubcribed my subscriptions. This is impossible.

You DID receive a complaint and you treated it in an unqualifiable manner. It seems your game is more like customer-shaming, regretfully.
Now about my latest purchase. Latest, and last - after more than 10000 EUR orders with you, I give up.
So last order. From 1000EUR worth of stamps I had to bin 500EUr worth stamps. Reasons:
- incomplete series
- bent items
- missing perforations
- dirty, oily finger smudges
- a DEAD MOTH that ate away a textile stamp

All of this was reported to you but you did not give a damn. I sent you a transfer folder of closeup photos of damaged items. You did not even open it. Your staff who replied had the empathy and customer service skills of a stone.

Srsly, get a grip. I gave you all the cues how you can repair, you did nothing. You say human error. I say animals, our great friends animals would have done a better job.

You really lost a paying customer there folks. Now just own it.

Very good items to a reasonable price. Quick delevery. Very satisfactory.

What the hell is this site. I didn't get my order so I emailed them, to which they emailed back saying it was delivered with confirmation, which the confirmation was the COMPLETELY WRONG ADDRESS WITH THE WRONG NAME; so I told them this and instead of trying to rectify anything they told me I'd have to go contact this person myself and get it from them, but it gets worse. After telling me this, they send another email saying that might have been a mistake and asked me AGAIN for my order number. What the hell is going on with this service. You have logs of my order, USE THEM. You should have services that show you exactly where an item went, ESPECIALLY IF IT'S TRACKED. WHY DO I NEED TO TELL YOU THIS.
Maybe this site is good on some days, but it's not worth the risk of dealing with complete incompetence if you happen to use it.

I am happy with the choice of stamps.

Everything I ordered in very good condition. Delivery a little slow but probably Canada Post and not Postbeeld. Certainly I recommend them for their inventory and good service.
