We understand your frustration. After reviewing the case with the hotel, it was confirmed that the room booked under Mrs. Parker’s name, your sister, was damaged by dogs that were brought in and falsely claimed to be service animals. Additionally, a $200 fee will be applied on top of the unpaid security deposit, plus $100 for the damage that was caused by the unauthorized dogs. Authorities were involved, and she left before the situation was resolved.

Due to these policy violations and the damages incurred, the hotel deemed the stay non-refundable. We must abide by their decision, but documentation can be provided at the front desk.
