Ordered ear pods never arrived sent ten emails and no replies bought this voucher on living social never again ..

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! I ordered Bluetooth earbuds from Pinkpree via Living Social. The items never arrived so I followed the procedure suggested and contacted Pinkpree directly. Never heard back. Living Social also tried to contact them also without response. I'd never buy another thing off Pinktree or Hangzhou Yuxi Trade Co. Ltd.

Purchased a voucher through living social for airpods from pink pree. They never shipped them and when tried to query it there was no response. No point emailing Pink Pree's customer services, they never answer. Luckily I paid with Paypal so was able to get refunded. Avoid this company.

Pinkpree took my money for a womens tracksuit,delivery date was by 20-4-22,emailed them and was advised order had broken down in warehouse.Still no tracksuit,never again will I order from this company,Wowcher have been of no assistance whatsoever,so goodbye money.

Ordered an electric stomach toning belt. It arrived with all the instructions in Chinese with velcro straps too short. Total waste of money.

I have to apologise as I wrote a review stating I had ordered leggings from wowcher from pinkpree company. That they had taken my money and money for the postage and I still hadnt recieved the leggings. I am apologising today as the leggings arrived today. But due to lack of communication from the company or updates I still would not purchase from them again.

Company will not honour any warranty. Avoid like the plague.

Ordered a ps4 controller for the 4th of fed didnt arrive on date so requested refund and asked it to go back into my bank not wowcher credit and they proceeded to put it back on wowcher credit. Wowcher and these idi0ts at pinkpree are complete lowlife scammers never buy from them

Ordered & paid for a FIVE piece bag set, 2 weeks later i receive a small tiny green bag,emailed them & they said i need to send this Green thing back at my expense!! NO,you sent wrong item, you should replace or refund!!..

DO NOT BUY From this company on Wowcher. I purchased 4 funny beach towels. These products are by no stretch of the imagination “towels”!!! I have been trying to get a refund as I feel I have been mis-sold these items. Both Wowcher and Pinkpree have been extremely unhelpful.

I've received a fluffy lapel coat from this company through woucher lm in shock the coat is a disgrace couldn't even make out what it was at first absolute crap l would like a refund

I purchased a costume in October 2021. They warned me they could not deliver on time and questioned whether I would like to wait or receive a full refund. I replied that I would like a refund and they confirmed that I would receive it within 7 days. All of this happened in October, it's December and I haven't received a refund and no new messages from them. I believe they are robbing me. I contact the company via email and get no response. A tragedy!

Item ordered not turned up. Can not get hold of this company to complain or ask where it is. Absolute sham.

Rubbish, bought some leggings. They dont fit and have not heard back from them 4.99 for delivery. I agree with the other reviews wish I had not purchased

I bought 2 coats from wowcher that in the pictures where very nice. They came completely different so I returned them and they have been signed for. They are now not responding to my emails. THIEVES

Do not buy from this company on Wowcher! Terrible quality product that is not true to size! I am trying to get a refund through Wowcher, which is almost impossible & now want a full refund from the company!

I made a purchase through wowcher for a 5 in 1 rotary head shaver and had been given royal tracking and said takes 48hrs to become active and its been over a week and still says they have nothing on their system, so looks like a scam, I've sent an email to pinkpree but no response what a waste of money please avoid!!!!!

Update still had nothing from them what scamming gits they are!!!!
