Order not arrived
I placed an order last week, hoping to be delivered quickly as promised and now when I contacted their customer service, they wrote that they were not working on holidays. We're not on holidays. I was counting on the piercing to be delivered quickly and now the delivery company has also canceled the shipment due to the long waiting time. First time I order there and really bad experience so far.
