The system claims to be able to "change colors in a logo." I purchased credits to change colors in a logo but, no matter how I tried to frame the prompt, it would always make additional arbitrary changes to the logo. Just wanted the text color of the words in a logo changed.

It's not an effective app, I'm not getting the results I was hoping for! I'm requesting a refund for my subscription and will contact my lawyer to seek compensation.

PicWish is a great software is you should wish for a "background remover". It will give you great relief and will have no problem continuing your creation for a great video. It's a software you can trust.

After using Picwish as a company for several years, we're moving elsewhere because they increased the credit usage for the V2 model from 12 to 60 overnight without any notification. It would be fine, if only one generation was needed, but it's usually 4-5 needed. Your greed will catch up with you, just like it caught those before you.

While the background remover itself works fine like other apps out there, the customer service is completely non-existent. I’ve received no follow-up, no response to my emails, and absolutely no support.

It’s disappointing when a company offers incentives but doesn’t follow through or even acknowledge messages. If you run into any issues, don’t expect help.

After uploading a document and downloading it, the quality only gets worse. It’s a bit misleading for users because I entered an enhancer. The thing is, in the free version, export is only available in a specific resolution, so the uploaded document can't actually become any sharper since the free version’s resolution is very low quality.
