AVOID, AVOID the F LIARS!

AVOID, AVOID! I would give 0 star if possible. When you want to order something they're there within 2 seconds, when there's a problem, they disappear. Basically 18.july ordered a bag of food, 19. july I was thinking about it and felt that this is not a good food, in the morning asked to cancel it. They said no worries I will cancel it! 21. july I received this order, what was "cancelled". Ding dong, the vet who I talked after the customer service (turns out she's not a vet actually, but also just a customer service agent), thought in her head that I want to keep my order, when I never said it! After receiving the package I started to complain about it, because I knew my order was cancelled! AND THEN SHE SAID THAT: "the order was already sent out, it couldn't be cancelled."

FIRST OF ALL: why you didn't say this to me when I asked a cancellation?
SECOND OF ALL: this is false, I checked before cancellation and the website said that it was not treated!

IN CONCLUSION: LIARS who wants to force sell something and want to roll the responsibility of their mistakes to the customers!

Actually waiting them to do another mistake, I would love to see them go down after I release the complaint to the government!

PS. Yes I talked to their "vet" who is just customer care agent, and asked if this good food, of course she said yes, but I was very hesitant about this "professional" opinion, since I was very sure that they just want to make a sale, so I was very happy that I got to cancel my order, which they didn't do as they promised!

Many thanks for your message. It seems that there was a misunderstanding with our support team as you asked for a nutrition plan on the dry food you ordered. We are sorry for that and you can send us back the parcel if you don't need it.

Regarding our support team, you were assisted by a certified vet assistant with nutrition specialisation. All our "Pro team" is composed of certified pet professionals. We also have support agents dedicated to delivery issues and other general problems but it is a different team.

We are sorry for this bad experience and we stay available by chat or email if you need any help/ proof on this and/ or if you need to send us back your parcel for a refund.

Good service, with a very nice little dog treat along with my order, which was appreciated
I would happily have given 5 stars, but the delivery was a little slower than expected...but in fairness, Petch were both apologetic and kept me well informed re the delivery issue.
Very good ...and I WOULD recommend to anyone !

Misleading information delivery model

I ordered a pet shoes. On website the delivery promised of 48 to 72 hours with 40 euro reimbirsement if delay.
as i was going to vacation, it was the reason for ordering from them for fast delivery.
After waiting for 72 hours, i messaged getting to discover that it will arrive to me after 3 days. And the 40 euros reimbursement is not applicable for card payment,
So i dont get the idea of making false promise on website.

Great Customer Service as well as Rapid Shipping

Just want to thank the whole Petch team for creating a great, easy-to-navigate website interface as well as a store that caters the needs of all of my pets.

I ordered a beautiful bed for one of my dogs last week, as well as treats and the products were delivered rapidly. Initially I filled in the wrong postal address, but after contact with the extremely understanding customer service team, changes to the address were made. My three dogs are now constantly fighting over Albert’s exquisite new bed!!!
