I love this site, it is easy for me to use, and for the team to use. I can keep all employees' documents, holiday and sick pay all in one place. Plus the supporting documentation and advice available to use is very good. Great customer service too, replied within an hour. Considering it is free to use, its great.

It's early days but I am already very impressed with both the online material and the 1-to-1 consultation I had this week on GDPR. And GDPR is just the sort of issue that small businesses need help on. I also appreciate that Path is not trying to 'upsell' (something the sceptic in me could see the risk of). As I'm just starting a new business I had no real idea about what I needed to do and Sean was really good at giving me enough information in our first call for me to confidently go forward and ensure that I am not only compliant but also what other procedures I would need to put in place that will help me with the contract I will be creating for my customer. Lovely lady i spoke with, very knowledgable, very helpful and polite, couldn't praise her of Path enough, currently also using some of there online tools, which appear great.

The app has been really useful and easy to use. It is updating to offer new services constantly. I also used the telephone consultation which was great. The advisor was very helpful and all of my queries were answered.

The webinar with regards to GDPR was mega helpful. It was explained in straight forward language. What seemed to be daunting is now manageable.
