I didnt want to do it, as the product is great but your Customer Service isnt. You need to change this very very quickly, this is not going to be accepted for financial products. After several warnings and several deadlines over the past 4 Month I have given you, I will stopp business with you now. It is a shame.
Professional Interface, email support, and most important : Excellent Performance even in difficult Market situations
Great app and good performance so far but the customer service is terrible. My two tickets are unresolved since 2 months. All I get is occasional standardised emails telling me that they are extremely busy and will get back to me asap. Not good enough
Can't complain. Would recommend to everyone who wants to take advantage of VG-Leistungen.
Impossible to join the support.
The App is very bad … too many functionalities not working.
My wife had several ETF saving plans with Oskar. She withdrew approx 6k from one - the money was transferred relatively quickly to her reference account. The second with slightly more than 11k was closed on 3.07.2023 and the money, to this day, has still not been transferred to her account. Why? Is Oskar sitting on the cash? If so why? What is the difficulty in returning the money to a reference account? Again a complete lack of transparency. I will be closing my two ETFs. I would recommend any potential investors think more than twice about investing money with this saftladen.
I have since been told that after closing an account your reference account is only credited between 5 - 9 days later! For a self-confessed fully automated system a little strange. Not transparent.
Update: it is now 13 July - still no money in the bank! What does Oskar do with this money? How can it take so long to credit an account with the funds? Is everything done manually?
Update: it is now 17 July - still no money in the bank!!
Update: it is now 20 July - still no money. My wife is now told that it is an IT problem! According to the customer support the IT had informed them about a problem. So, why was this not communicated to customers if Oskar knew about it? Again, customers are treated like rubbish. Have been told to wait until 24 July and if no money call again! Incredible.
Update. Money finally arrived at the end of July beginning of August. Joke company.
Not to be trusted. Sounds all very dubious. The sooner these type of companies stop trading the better it is for the consumer.
Organised and efficient, trustworthy also. The fund has struggled but that is stocks at the moment.
Easy to use, transparent, and well explained! Good for those who do not want to create an ETF world portfolio themselves.
Unable to confirm identity to complete sign up (through no fault of my own - my 2021 model passport is not accepted (too new)) and customer service tell me they cannot help me.
Unfortunately this has been a waste of my time so far.
I have constant returns for 1 year now and the website is easy to use.
Super. I am very satisfied. Excellent customer service and intuitive dashboard.
