Outstanding Advocate

I have used Daniel Bennett for employer liability and industrial disease claims for over 15 years now. Daniel is a leader, if not the leader, in such claims. Unrivalled knowledge and never afraid to take a difficult claim on.

Daniel Bennett provides an outstanding service to my mesothelioma clients and is very strong on technical issues. He has a strong sense of justice and fairness in this field where clients have been negligently exposed to asbestos by their employers. He has advised on many Company House/TUPE situations in these cases where there are often multiple employers with complex takeovers and mergers.

I have instructed Dan Bennett as counsel in probably 50 or more personal injury claims over some 20 years of my career ( not sure where the time has gone but besides the point ). Dan is an expert in his field. He has a razor sharp mind, a keen eye for detail, responds promptly and is a pleasure to deal with. I instructed him only last month to attend trial on a fully defended RSI, plantar fasciitis claim, which he won for the client at trial - highly recommended.

One of the most pragmatic and straightforward Counsel I have ever worked with in particular on accidents at work. In many occasions on accidents on building sites the potential defendants are exceeding 3 potential defendants. Daniel was always able to pinpoint on the right direction resulting in best outcome for our clients.
I work with him for many many years and I see no reason for not continuing

Our firm has instructed Dan for over 20 years.

He is without doubt the go to barrister for Claimant employers liability and industrial disease claims.

He has won claims that other barristers have turned down, has a forensic attention to detail and is incredibly clever and tenacious. His advice and advocacy is clear and concise.

Dan is approachable, reliable and committed to each case like no other.

He is a top tier barrister and I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have worked with Daniel Bennett for 10+ years. He is a superb barrister and has extensive experience across the spectrum of industrial disease work and personal injury.

Daniel has a formidable reputation in the area of industrial disease litigation and is arguably the country’s top industrial disease barrister.

He remains also at home in dealing with high value, catastrophic personal injury claims and fatal claims and is a superb tactician and brilliant with clients.

Review for Daniel Bennett, Barrister/Counsel

Dan Bennett has been assisting my colleagues and I with a number of personal injury and clinical negligence cases for many years, some of which have proceeded to trial. He is extremely approachable, quick in dealing with instructions, very knowledgeable in this area of the law and a very competent advocate. Without Dan's help, we would not have succeeded with these cases and I have no hesitation in recommending him to other lawyers.

Daniel Bennett

My firm has instructed Daniel Bennett for well over a decade on claimant employer's liability and industrial disease claims. Daniel's knowledge of employer's liability personal injury and industrial disease law is encyclopaedic. Daniel is a tenacious advocate, whilst remaining extremely accessible and approachable. He cuts through the extraneous detail to seize upon the salient matters which determine the success of a claim, whilst maintaining great attention to detail. Clients love to be represented by Daniel I would not hesitate to recommend Daniel Bennett as an excellent barrister.
