I spoke with Alex today, and she was an absolute diamond. She went above and beyond to help me, clearly explaining everything related to the issue I was having. She’s even taking it upon herself to track down some additional information that my previous supplier has made difficult to access. As someone who works as a Training Specialist in a similar environment, I can confidently say that Alex is a real asset to your company.
They dont answer their calls
They dont answer their calls. If you are doing it yourself online you dont get the code till the following day or 2. Very disappointed with their service.

Absolutely horrible company to deal with. I set up a payment plan as soon as was requested and then had constant emails and texts to tell me to set up a plan or my credit rating would be affected. This went on for weeks until I sent a complaint to them

Ophelos reached out to me regarding a dept owed,there agent was a great help,I never felt forced or pressured by him in regards to the payment due as a lot of other debt chasers might.he was extremely helpful in offering suggestions on how to breakup the payment rather than struggling to pay all at once.ophelos is definitely a company I'd recommend to anyone that might be struggling to pay depths and are looking for guidance.

Paying off a debt I owed but I need more information
Claiming a first contact on August 14th with no proof of it
On September 24th, I received an e-mail claiming there has been a first contact on August 14th for a past due payment of €57.95. I could not find any previous contact, nor the details of the bill. I am asked to connect on a website, no I am not stupid enough to do this. I have written a mail to ophelos and received an automatic reply in poor French language. I am awaiting their feedback that is supposed to come shortly.
I am updating this evaluation from a below 1* to a true 1 1/2* as I received 2 days after my mail an answer from what seems to be a "real French speaking person Sybille" putting on hold the late payment claim until there is an answer from their sister company INTRUM regarding my data protection rights, What is preventing me from a higher ranking is the very low rating of INTRUM... We will see.
