Continue to be ripped off

At the moment I have given one star because they wont allow me to do none. I used Open Pay while it was available, was never late with payments and actually liked it. BUT!!! When they went broke they sent me an email and also information about the situation. At that time I had 6 different active plans, so simply paid each of them out that same day. The app says I have NO active plans and ALL plans are completed and I owe $NIL. BUTTT!!! since paying this out I have now had 5 lots of 9.50 payments taken out of my account with no explaination. Everytime I put money in that account they help themselves to lots of $9.50 payments (so far over $50.00. I have sent through emails to support but not response as expected.

Stop charging me $9:50 late fees…

Enough is enough🛑Stop🛑
charging me $9:50 late fees on a payment left that’s only $21s I can’t get into my OpenPay account I’m getting non stop texts emails daily emails don’t go through they bounce back texts links to them won’t let me into my actual account to pay it off so yesterday again took out 3 x $9:50 late payments for god knows because I haven’t done my payments FML seriously I’ve told my bank stop allowing them to do all Radom direct debt withdrawals there in bankruptcy & there are posts everywhere of stories of people having money for there rent payments or bill just being taken out the banks aren’t stopping them either it’s beyond ridiculous I’ve got all these Prove Companies emails saying they going to give me bad credit rating mark then when I reply write to them back it’s not going though ring the texting mobile numbers not working I’ve blocked at least 20 but given up now they shut down back in December January but it like anybodys payment plans would be paid off already I know of people who have just had to change banks & get a new debt payment card account because of them taking money non stop out of there banking accounts & not allowing customers to fully go into there accounts & pay them no they just taking on any plan you have with a $21 balance or last payment $10:21 & are charging non stop late fees $9:50 each plan so if someone had 5 plans of goods they have brought before they fully got taken over shut done well every 7 days you don’t do a payment then that’s extra $47:50 in late fees on your plans each week because you can’t get into your app to pay them completely criminal seriously ‼️‼️‼️

They are a joke

They are a joke, constantly taking money they shouldn’t unauthorised won’t respond to any of my emails and I want a response VIA EMAIL so I have receipts of conversations they have also advised a friend they are not doing refunds do not allow them access to your bank!! Cut off access now before they start taking more unauthorised payments they shouldn’t. You 💩s put me in financial hardship for two weeks and still continue to try and take money without my permission. Now you can deal with my bank.

openpay was used to pay off a weight…

openpay was used to pay off a weight loss plan that i ended up not doing. There was no cooling off period with the 4% club, so i was forced to pay for something that i never did....... think carefully before using this openpay for things like that. I didnt choose openpay by the way, it was part of their offer. So ive paid over $ 2000 for nothing!!!!

Had a bit of a problem the other week…

Had a bit of a problem the other week purchases didn't go through but took deposits out, and limit went down.
Made a phone call got through pretty quickly took a couple of days to correct it, and was kept informed during this so no stress. Other time used with ease so I'm not bothered by a small hiccup that was dealt with promptly. Still is good for me
