I would like it if we didn’t have to bet 3 times or bet. Some people are not out to scam. My self personally love to play and when I win a little bit I like to take it out right away. I just will play again right away or the next day just frustrating having to bet 3 times my wager.

I was just playing that time and suddenly it logged me out, and when I logged back in, its saysy account was blocked because Im using many accounts when infact ai only have 1 account.. so disappointing..

I had put money in to the casino, and have won little amounts and had bought a $2,000 super buy which is where I won most on my money, I was able to withdraw the little amounts but when I had won a large amount of money they declined and rejected my withdraws and when I contacted customer support they lied to me and said they were a investigation which lead to them banning my account and taking the money I had won. They claimed that I had duplicate accounts which is a lie because you can only have one account per email and denied me my money. They are a bunch of scammers and will not pay you out and make up lies to ban your account so they don’t have to pay you out. When I had asked for proof of the duplicate accounts and they said they can’t give any information on it.

I purchased bonuses on 3 Hot Tea Pots and I didn't recieve my bonus spins. I contacted custome support and they advised me that they forwarded my issue to the tech department and I will have to wait for and email to advise me further. I asked approximately how long will I have to wait. Here is part of their response "As soon as our relevant team completes the check, you will receive an update directly by email. I kindly ask you not to worry — your case is being carefully reviewed, and you won’t be left without an answer." They did not answer my question. I've had issues in the past with misleading statements. They lack transparency and intregrity. They have told me how to cancel my account and its not as easy as signing up. To delete my account and info, is a lengthy process due to them making you ban yourself for 24 hours then you send at request they delete your info. I don't know how long it takes for them to delete the info after you request it.
