I've been looking for an AI Agent tool for almost a year. My purpose was for a new SaaS call tracking platform. I accidentally found Oneinbox while deep diving into the agents. I guess luck was on my side for once because I actually connected with the CEO.
I asked a lot of questions, and he was very helpful and courteous. He truly made me feel like he cared that I found the right solution.

I wanted a tool that could answer incoming calls, make outbound calls, make appointments, and answer sales questions. Oneinbox does all that and more.

The first thing that absolutely surprised me was the human-like voices of the agents. They even have them so you can choose a voice by gender and age, like young, middle, and older voices. For me, that was a very big deal. I do not want robotic voices.

They provide a group of different types of agents that you can customize for your specific needs. They also have a tool for creating your own prompts. Honestly, there are so many features that I cannot do justice to all of them.

I've looked at and tested maybe 8-10 tools that promise what Oneinbox already does. I'm very thorough in my research before buying.

One important thing to note is that if you have questions, their response time is the best I've ever experienced.

If I could rate it 10 stars, I would. Oneinbox gets my very highest rating.
