Second Order,
Fast delivery in 4 workdays. They have the lowest prices in EU I experienced (battling with MechaUniverse which has a bigger stock).
Boxes were all in good shape and also have the plastic strips unlike MechaUniverse.
Don't know if they still have the same problem with paint but I didn't experience anything bad this time.

I will share this in two languages as I believe it is super important for everyone!

Now for the other European countries... Do not hesitate one second to buy on this shop!

They will offer excellent prices for the Kits and they have a very up to date stock! Even if you found a kit that they don't have, never hesitate to ask as they will tell you when to expect it.

I've ordered multiple times and never have I had anything missing and everything arrived super fast and prime condition!

Also the customer service... the best I've seen around in a while!

purchased around 5-6 Kits from this Site and everything went well. Fast delivery and good customer support. My to go Store for Gundam in Germany.

Bought a Gundam here for about 300 euros, it arrived (in December) but parts were missing, I contacted I Gundam and they said they'd deliver the missing parts (in January), it is now March and the missing parts never arrived. Do not buy from them. Ever.

Terrible customer service.
Never read messages or email or answer the call. Also very rude

Absolutely fantastic store that never fails :-) I ordered from them multiple times; each time, it was a fast, easy, and enjoyable experience. Packages are usually sent the same or early the next day and come packed like a tank. I never had any issues with the quality of service or delivery!

One time there was a mistake in the delivery. A very similar item was mistakenly sent instead of the proper one, and it took one email to handle this stressful situation — I was left happy with how things were handled :-) OGundam is a very trustworthy store, and I will be coming back :-)
