Don’t waste your time with Noli
Wish I had seen the countless poor reviews prior to ordering. Ordered a pair of jeans March 14th. Seven emails later no jeans, many empty promises and responses. Move on to a real company. Don’t waste your time.

I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered from this company. I ordered a pair of jeans that never arrived. When I email "customer service," I get the runaround and are not willing to refund my money. So now I need to submit a complaint with my bank and the consumer fraud division. This company needs to be shut sown because they are clearly inept of doing legitimate business with customers.
No item No refund
I ordered one item $300 and still haven’t received it 5 weeks later. have asked for a refund and no response. I will probably never get my item or a refund. This place is terrible!
They take your money and don't deliver
I made two orders worth for around 500 euros. They were happy to collect the money, but after that everything was a mess. It took almost 2 months to deliver the orders. When I got them, both were missing items. They claimed in the shipping list that everything was shipped. When I contacted them, they just asnwered that yeah, not all them were in stock so they didn't deliver them. They offered some 15 € credit ro the shop to buy more - who would like to buy anything from that shop anymore? I asked them to rerurn my money and shipping costs as they lied to me about shipping - didn't get shipping costs (10 euros).
The answers were arrogant, service is terrible and they don't deliver what they sell. I don't even remeber when I saw this terrible business last time. This is not sustainable business but a joke.

Do not buy from this business, unless you're ok with waiting for over a month to get your stuff or never receiving it all. Then they'll blacklist you if you submit a dispute, even if they were at fault.
I purchased several items from this business in the past, under old ownership, and I was happy with them. They recently switched ownership and have been horrible to deal with. I placed my most recent order in January, and my credit card was charged immediately. I waited patiently, knowing that the company was going through a transition. I received several emails, each stating that "for sure" my order would be delivered by an x date, but several dates passed without a delivery. I finally received an email that my order was shipped in February, but after checking for two (!) weeks, UPS still wasn't in possession of the items. I ran out of patience and filed a dispute with my credit card company because the Noli customer service wasn't helpful and was only sporadically responsive. They sent me a small coupon to try to pacify me, and I tried placing a new order just to make some use of this discount. My order was immediately canceled, and when I inquired about the reason for cancellation, they suddenly got very responsive, sent me several emails in a row, and stated that I was blacklisted and not allowed to place any future orders due to the dispute I filed. They also manipulate client reviews on their site because I tried to post a bad review and they never published it. And they remove any comments they don't like from their social media posts.
Scammers, DO NOT ORDER company was sold
I ordered on their blowout sale before they sold their company. I ordered January 21st, I have emailed 9 times, was told mid February my order was shipping soon. I comment on their Instagram and they delete the comments, I saw someone else and I screenshot it all before they delete. Then on DM the girl cancelled my order and said I would still get it and be refunded, to which I have not been refunded nor received anything. They are scammers and literally robbed people. I am pursuing legal action against them, if you comment on their Instagram they will delete it. I am hoping the attorney general and the cc companies can help with their scam. So sickening, I ordered from Noli since 2016 but they have become highway thieves and now that a new company took over they don't care. I say we all go after them publicly, things like this need to not exist anymore in 2025. Should be ashamed of themselves.

I ordered a couple of items the first week of January 2025; I did not receive my order until February, 2025. When I ordered the items, I made sure I could return for a full refund as I’d never ordered from this company and wasn’t sure of quality or fit. Unfortunately, it was too big. Went to return and could only get store credit. SURPRISE! I have sent 3 emails to customer service regarding this issue with no response. I have also called customer service, but are unreachable. Moral of this story? I should have first looked at their rating with the BBB (F). Now it makes sense as to why their quality is Temu-like and have non-existent customer service. COMPLETE SHITE.
One star is an overstatement
One star is an overstatement. Like many of you, placed an order on January 12th and despite having written four times (with only one initial response and promise of delivery) I've received nothing.
At this rate the only recourse is disputing the charge on my credit card and also bombarding the CEO (Slava Furman) on LinkedIn with messages of how dissatisfied you are and this is highway robbery.

I have two pending orders that I have not received any updates on. Seems like things have gone south since the company changed hands. Previously the customer service was great but it’s now nonexistent. Feels like a scam.
Great products but Cannot Unsubscribe
Great products, very reasonably priced. I only wished the company would honour the Unsubscribe pledge. I had to classify all their crazy number of emails as SPAM. And now 70-80% of my SPAM emails are from Noli.

It is now 1/27/2025 and I placed an order on 1/3/2025. It is a very large order and it has not even been sent out to be shipped. Out of 5 orders total placed, I have only received 2. Their web site states they price match, but when I asked them about that, they would not and only provided a credit on file for the cancellation of the order - which means I had to order more items to use the credit. I have referred several friends to their website and it is going to take 1.5 months to get their items. The number they provided on an email does not have voicemail. When I email them, I either don't get a response or it says someone will get back with me in 7-10 days. Unacceptable!
Horrible customer service
I ordered the cargo pants and they are too big. Wanted to exchange but was not an option so opted for a refund and they say store credit only. I have tried to reach them but to no avail. They do not return my calls nor my emails. Horrible customer service. I will NOT be ordering from them again.
