I have bern using my facelite for just over two years I can see a difference my skin looks more radiant lines less visible. The only downside is the poor customer service. Obviously my item is out of warranty I have emailed several times to try to get my LED mask repaired I know there will be a cost to me. They did reply asking for pictures but that is the last I have heard. Just to be mindful if anything does go wrong

I’d been looking at getting one of these FaceLites for a little while. This was recommended by my therapist for use in between professional facials. My main concerns are pigmentation, pore size and early signs of aging. I also have a problem area on my cheek that blemishes from sleeping on my side (despite having a silk pillowcase). I have dark pigmentation scaring there. I’ve been using this light for approximately 2 weeks (5days a week) and I’ve already noticed a difference in my skins firmness and the pigmentation marks on my cheek are definitely reducing. My skin feels much softer too. I’m so happy with this mask. I have tanned skin and some laser/light therapy doesn’t work on my skin, this seems to be absolutely fine on my skin. I would absolutely recommend this branded product. I will get the neck mask too at some point. I wish I’d gotten the mask sooner. Only negative from me is that the mask doesn’t sit flush to my face if the eye protection is used… I do find the light a bit bright without the eye protection. But it’s absolutely worth the investment.

I love my facelite and would hate to be without it. After a electrical problem with mine I contacted facelite and had a new mask by the next day, no 3rd degree no questioning, just supplied my details I registered my product with, and that was it. Amazing service and an amazing product.

I LOVE this product. It is a quality, easy to use device that brings a relaxing treatment into your own home. I can see & feel a difference in a short space of time. Worth every penny.

LOVE the facelite mask. Have definitely seen the winter redness my skin normally beams throughout winter nearly cleared and I have the most even complexion I remember ever having. This was the first result I noticed after a week or two, so I’m glad to say this isnt going to be one of those purchases you use once or twice and then throw in a drawer! The results accumulate over time, but after the short time I’ve had it I must say I’m really impressed, and I’m really excited what the coming months bring! Well done facelite!

i had really dry skin and the mask combined with the hydrogel masks have been a game changer for me, 100% would recommend!

I am hoping to buy the FaceLite soon. I am a doctor and I have chosen this LED mask above all others on the market as it is the only one that I can find that uses wavelengths of light that have been researched in medical literature.

I have been using the Facelite LED mask 2-3x per week for 6 weeks and have seen noticeable improvement in pore size, texture and clarity. My skin also appears more hydrated. Prior to using the mask I had quite severe issues with skin sensitivity and inflammation. Whilst I’m still sensitive to products, my skin seems to love the gentle orange glow from the LED. For the first time in ages I have clear and calm skin! In my opinion this is a far better investment than expensive skin creams.

I have been using the DécoLITE neck and décolletage mask for about 5 weeks. I use it every day as I have a lot of sun damage. I am seeing fantastic and ongoing lift and improvement in my skin quality. I was so impressed by the DécoLITE I bought the FaceLITE mask and have been using that for the past few weeks with very promising results. Now I can’t imagine life with out them!

I love my facelite. I feel it has made my skin more evenly toned and smoother. It's a relaxing experience to use it and my interaction with customer service was very efficient.

I have owned a Facelite mask for nearly a year now but not used it regularly until the recent lockdown period. Previously I used as a one off treatment before an event or special evening and found my skin looked brighter, younger, hydrated and any makeup went on my skin beautifully. However, recently I’ve been using it twice a week ,together with the hydrogel mask and have been surprised how the appearance of my skin texture has improved generally and pigmented patches (secondary to sun damage ) have lightened. The mask is easy to use, only takes 10 minutes and doesn’t have any unwanted side effects . Overall win-win, I intend to continue with my current regime.

I used Facelite to help combat my acne. I really like that the treatment is non-invasive and doesn't involve the usual creams or tablets dermatologists and GPs prescribe for acne. It is easy to use and doesn't take long, I used it for 10 minutes in the evening every other day. I don't use the facelite at the moment because the summer sun and skin routine with the facelite cleanser are keeping my skin in good condition. In the winter the difference when using the mask was noticeable, my face was less red and with overall much better complexion.
Probably best to wear the mask with the curtains drawn as the red glow and white mask are a little bit of a surprise to passers by!
It is expensive to buy but its definitely worth it.

Loved this product , being unable to access my usual grooming regime I have found this to be invaluable and efficacious. My complexion noticeably improved. I've recommended it to several friends.

used the facelite for 3 weeks....its superb! I use it with the hydromask which gives a lovely dewy look! Also used on my neck and hands..
Amazed after 2 uses all age spots and freckles gone on hands!

Amazing product. I had quite bad redness around my nose and forehead and it’s completely gone. I’m amazed. I’ve tried so many creams and they’ve never really worked. 🙌🏻

I have been using faceLITE, for the past few weeks, I have seen a great improvement in the wrinkles on my face. I have also used it on my hand, and I have seen an improvement in the pigmentation on them!
