Would love for them to ship the pen back finally.
Sent in a pen for service and authentication. We sent a quote to complete the service once the pen had arrived. I assumed the pen was authentic as they sent me a picture of it and quoted me for the work. A few days later, I received a refund, but no explanation of why. I called and was told the pen was not authentic, which was fine but it would’ve been nice if they had contacted me to let me know instead of me having to call them. I asked for proof so that I could show the seller and receive a refund.They sent an email and explanation with a picture that was helpful. However, this is where they went downhill. I had to call three times to get the watch sent back to me and was always told it would be going out that day or the next. After that, I was told that it would go out on the day that I called – they created a label but still have not sent it. They have now had the pen for six working days since saying it would be sent back and I have already paid for the return shipping.
