Fraud
A month ago, I deposited 100 dollars and after a few days I requested to withdraw 98 dollars, but my request was not fulfilled, and I have messaged them through email and Facebook and told them the problem, and they only connected me to the email and the email too. He does not answer me. And they tell me that it will be investigated, but there is no news about them. My cabin (1657299)
I made a deposit, and its like I blew ashes in the air and nobody cares. Tried to reach them, got late reply that was also not helpful. They asked for transaction id, gave them but still can't see my deposit for weeks now. Most of the time you try to reach their help center, they are not online.
I'm real dissapointed, it has been two weeks now my withdraw status is still pending, I've sent multiple email but I have not received any response my account is 1570164, no any support from dealers or your finance department because you are not replying my emails.
