Problems shipping to UK

They keep asking me for my Codice fiscale in order to ship a palette I bought online to UK. I communicated them my codice fiscale, but they still need to confirm the shipment.

Nicely packaged and the delivery is quick as well (from Italy to Germany, which the shipping is free from ~60€). They never forget to put 3 hairproduct samples. The quality of their products is good as well, all made in Italy of course. I’m very satisfied and can only recommand.

October order never received

I would like to put a positive note but I never received the two lipsticks (join the circus and 90´s) ordered in October. and despite several emails to report the problem never answered ....

Best brand for matte liquid lipsticks BUT

Best brand for matte liquid lipsticks.
Better to buy when the shipping costs are free because the cost of one lipsticks has increased recently.
